Great product. I now own 3 of these. Purchased the first when I was doing interior trim work I southern Tennessee. Help a lot to move air in the room I was working in. Great benefit that the use the same DeWalt batteries as my hand tools. I now use them in my vendor booth and my shop.

I didn't know how much I needed this until a friend brought one to our son's baseball game, in the 97-degree humid heat. The price seemed high, but then it's a DeWalt, which is a good brand. This thing does a fantastic job cooling me down in the heat - I can't tolerate much without a breeze, and the wide fan speed variability is excellent. I've tried the small hand-held fans, and neck fans, and waste fans, and misters - but none hold a candle to this thing. It's versatile, as it can be stood up or hung, or mounted. It's easy to load the battery (not included). It is well built, easily withstands some banging around and dropping. It fits in a small gym bag for easier carrying. It does weigh a lot more than any of the other hand-held options I've tried, but that's a small price to pay for comfort! ... show more
