Ok so I had to get my dad’s help to figure out where the loose handle piece went and the wire that didn’t connect to anything yet. Instructions weren’t clear on that. Once those parts were in place it works fantastic. Takes about 45 minutes to cut my front and back yards and still had battery charge to spare. I totally recommend this mower.     • Need at least 10 batteries to work
In the first 15 minutes of use the rear, left tire fell off. Put it back on and about 10 minutes later it came off again. Battery doesn’t last for very long. After charging and doing little bits at a time I fired it back up and the rear, right tire fell off this time. Would not buy this again. Takes HOURS to do my yard with having to charge the battery so much. ... show more

I wasn’t sure about electric when I ordered it, but I’m really pleased with the way it cuts, the speed I can walk and how quiet it is. I have almost half acre and it can cut it all without having to be recharged. Light weight and easy to handle as well.

Mower mows really good but battery life leaves a lot to be desired. I have a .35 acre yard and have to charge the battery 2 times to get the yard completely mowed.

The product is great but it arrived with a torn up box !! Wondered if it was a return which they sold to me. Also whomever delivered it left it on my driveway so anyone going by could see what it was. I know that was not Amazon but the sorry delivery service they pay..     • Horrible Experience
The media could not be loaded. Bought this product from the Seller Trusty Rushin, it came with a battery that had a fault and just flashes red when you try to charge it. We tried to get a replacement Or good battery from the seller and they only sent a single message on Amazon after I messaged them on Facebook then they disappeared. Amazon won’t cover this under their A-Z guarantee so I’m left with a defective product that they won’t accept a return for. This product is literally a nearly $500 paperweight sitting in my garage. Update: Amazon still did nothing to help me, worked with Toro and found out the battery in the box of this supposedly “new” mower was not the one that shipped with it from the factory. I was sold an open box item with defective non original battery not a new item by this seller, they are a fraud! Toro took care of me but Amazon and TrustyRushin are either committing fraud with this or are actively making it easy for the seller to do so. ... show more
