This is a great product.💯 (1st sauna) I'm very pleased with the over all results. It steams up in about 10-15 mins, very simple to operate manually or with remote. Herbal box creates wonders when fruit peelings...etc is added. The customer service from the 🥰homegirl (Michelle) is why this is a 5⭐ review... a couple days after my return window closed on this product I had a technical issue which was resolved way beyond my time frame of expectation. I appreciate the consideration and outcome. If your looking for a small, starter sauna- this one here is not as expensive as others plus you'll achieve the same results and keep in mind the customer service with this company is A1. Thank you again for the quick assistance in resolving my issue.

Saying I love this thing, is an understatement. This for me is the equivalent of going to the wet sauna at the gym, less all the nasty icky of a public sauna. I purchased this to help my daughter cut for wrestling, but I quickly turned into my own! Just buy it! :)
