I waited awhile before giving this review. The product arrived timely and was easy to assemble. After two months, however, the steam generator died. We were disappointed, and contacted Amazon. They said since it was past the 30 days, there was nothing they could do, and suggested we contact the seller. We did, explained the situation to them, and to their credit, they shipped us another steam generator free of charge. Not much of the description of this product is accurate and I am extremely disappointed and will likely be returning it. -Easy to install - this may be the only true thing written in the description. -High quality - absolutely false, the tent tore as I was attempting to assembly it onto the frame the the top of the steam pot warped and cracked after my third time attempting to use it. -Fast heating in 8 min - not even close, this thing takes roughly 20 minutes to fill with steam. I went as far as to run a space heater into the tent to try to increase the temperature and was only able to get it up to 93 degrees after 30 minutes. There is absolutely no way this thing gets up to 130 degrees as advertised. -Safe to use - as previously stated the top of the steam pot warped and cracked so enough said there. I was considerably nervous having my dog near this thing while it was running. Don't waste your money. I'm not sure if this is just a low quality product or if all of these types of "personal saunas" are mediocre but this thing is worthless. ... show more

I have been wanting to get a personal sauna for a long time now but didn’t want to break the bank on one as I do not have much room in my apartment for one. This thing fits nicely in my bathroom and it’s portable if I ever want to take it camping or something. The original steam machine stopped working for me after only a few hours so I reached out to the seller who was very professional and quickly shipped out a new steam machine unit to me. I gotta say the new steam unit is a newer version compared to the original one. It has been working great and the lib has a seal on it to retain more steam compared to the original one. I like to use distilled or filtered water as I found that tap water leaves begins a lot of residue from all the gunk in the tap water which is kinda gross to soak in if you think about it… The bench is a must imo as the steam vent can get really hot and you don’t want to accidentally step on it. I also want to try putting in a drop or two of peppermint essential oils in the steam box. Overall I would recommend this sauna, this seller, and for you to go ahead and get one for yourself. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Cons- polls are the easy part but putting the tent on was a little difficult. Take your time and go easy with the zippers. I'd suggest treating the zippers to avoid tugging and rusting. They did provide a video on the ad so take a few min to watch it. There's a little gray rug that comes with it. Put that inside the tent on the floor. Make sure you watch where you put your feet because the tent is not that big and you will burn your feet. I'd suggest cutting the tube a tad shorter but make sure it's away from the tent. Don't order the stool that comes up under recommendation because it's really a foot wooden stool. My fault that I didn't read it . I just assumed because it's under recommendations. Pros - It works great for the price. I provided a video. I got a great sweat from it and it felt refreshing. I was impressed with the stream and how well it keeps in the steam. I am planning on buying something to help seal the Zippers on 2 of the windows because I just don't think I'll ever need to unzip them. You really only need one window to see out and one window is so you can put your phone in a pocket on the outside. I'm relaxing, I don't need my phone. Overall you will not regret buying one. The heat was fairly hot at the highest setting but not as hot as I'd really like. This tent was easy to put together but it's easy to tip, the steamed water comes into a basin inside the tent connected by a hose from the main steamer, it's boiling hot. You could get burned easily if not careful. The space is small and if you trip, you will get tangled up in the tent and spill that hot water on you. I really like this steam room. My 11 year old daughter uses it as well. It's a tight fit for one adult but it works great. Some random thoughts: This is super easy to assemble A little cramped, definitely a one person at a time sauna You will want a chair in this. I used a plastic yard chair with a towel over it. You will have to spend time wiping it down after use. There is a lot of water all of the interior walls after usage. The windows will fog up a lot.
