I was replacing the outlets in my master bathroom, one on each side of the dual sink counter. I grabbed two GFCI outlets and then realized when I began the work that one was simply piggybacked on the other, and didn't need to be GFCI. So I got a few of these, one for that spot, and I'll find other places it would be useful to have the USB power without a wall wart. Install was fine. Wire insertion points were solid, easy to screw, and held tightly when I did so. These are deeper than what they replaced, which made things tight, but there was a bunch of extra wire they had tucked back there, so I simply cut the wire shorter to free up some space, and everything fit well. Turned the circuit breaker back on, had power, and things are working fine. For the price a good deal.

K likes to charge her phone, iWatch, and a tablet overnight in the bathroom. Also wants normal outlet function for typical bathroom appliances. This combo outlet takes care of the three USB-charging accessories, and leaves two 120V outlets free. So no little charging cubes needed, and full normal outlet function is retained. Installation was fast and easy. The black and the white wire connections include a built-in clamp, so no need to make a loop and fit it under a screw. Makes install just a bit easier and faster. The body of the device is slightly deeper than a plain old outlet, so I got do do a little more creative stuffing to get everything back into the electrical box. But it all went in, and everything still works as expected. Picky stuff -- This product comes with a matching white faceplate cover, very nice. My installation places this outlet in a split double box, so I'm locked into using a two-gang outlet cover instead of the one provided. The white outlet color is ever-so-slightly different from the Decora-style covers I'm using. For my installation, the difference was not critical due to location. For most folks, the difference will be unnoticeable anyway.

These plugs are nice and durable, adding USB is a great convenience. These days with everyone concerned about there power usage, you should pair these plugs with an off/on switch since the USB will remain powered up even when you are not using them...
