Works! but please be PATIENT
54 year old male here, had trouble with my libido due to stress and medication. I would rarely get stimulated by anything. Decided to give this a try and I have to say I am pretty impressed. It really did help me get back in the swing of things. I must stress that it didn’t not happen overnight. It took about six weeks of daily use to really notice the change. The change is also gradual so it kind of builds up over a month but by the time you notice, it’s like wow, back to normal again. I highly recommend it but take it with a meal to avoid nausea. It also gives you some healthy energy which is a nice benefit.

Too potent, Causes High Water Retention
This is an extremely large dose, also studies show this boosts Testosterone & Estradiol 34% and 30% respectively. This will cause weight gain and water retention around the abdomen YOU WILL NOT be able to lose as long as you keep taking this. It also causes significant skin thickening which many not like as well as more oily skin. Tongkat is such a potent herb it honestly should be microdosed at 5mg to avoid those side effects. It also causes hair thinning and more fall so keep these things in mind before using at these excessive doses.

Very undervalued supplement.
Good value and works well. I typically take 1 a day for 4 days when not lifting. When working out I step them up to 2 a day. I don't take them on my offdays. Probably the best under-described effect is stress relief, which works on men and women.

Seems potent
This is the first 300:1 Tonkat supplement I have found. Most common is the 100:1. Don’t ever waste your money on any Tonkat less than 100:1 if you’re a male. You just won’t notice anything. I’ll was actually super skeptical seeing a 300:1 and was not expecting it to be “real” in terms of concentration. I have no testing equipment other than my body and experience with other concentrations, but I can tell you that this feels more potent than others I’ve tried and at a good price. If you’re new to supplementing with Tonkat, you should start with 1 capsule rather than the 2 recommended. That’s because you really only want to use the minimum possible. You’ll also want to cycle it. I choose 4-5 days on and 2-3 days off per week. Some others cycle by taking it for a month, then taking a week or two break. That’s important for your body’s natural production. Taking it too long without a break will shut down your body’s natural production of important hormones and then you’ll be forced to supplement for the rest of your life. For those who have been recommended to take TRT; don’t. There are many supplements to resolve your issues and Tonkat is one of the first I’d recommend. Also add mega-dose Pine Pollen for a month and I see how much better you feel. I’m not a Doctor, so there’s that. However, I have been helping people with their health for many, many years.

This and some ginseng!!
This and some ginseng will get you going..in bed or wherever you may choose to do it. I have a few other things I use as well but with the ginseng, any of them will do or in combination with each other, you have a stary night or day with this product. Men..you know what I'm referring to..
