HORRIBLE!!!I purchased this jack expecting it to function adequately for basic lifting tasks. However, during a project, the jack failed unexpectedly. After lifting one side of my car and securing it with a jack stand, I moved to the other side—only to find that the jack completely stopped lifting. Additionally, the lowering mechanism was abrupt and unsafe, causing the vehicle to drop suddenly instead of lowering gradually. This sudden drop damaged the underside of the car near the jack stand.
