I Can NOT Believe this vibration plate!! I thought it was a gimmick,,but I have been using it for the past few days and all I can say is WOW!! I wish I had known about this unbelieveable way of exercising before!! The first couple of times I used it I felt nothing,,I found I had it on a low level. The past few days I upped the level to 65-70. Not sure how high it goes up. I am very sore All Over...including my stomach!! It is Super quiet, so I just watch tv while on it. No regrets. Some folks like to say things like...."it wont work unless you work." Referencing Vibrating Plate technology. I'm not sure why people say things like that. I've gone from 210 to 180 in 30 days ..probably less. I'm on it like 5 times a day. Between the Fires in Cali and Covid----my lockdown would have made me want to jump off a roof ...or something...that would not have been good....I may have lived and not been able to share this review---but having this plate not only unstressed my life completely---with this much shaking around---you'll eat less, stressless---and break for life more. There are so many of these on the market----TODO is a smooth and honest business operation.....I can appreciate good business ethics esp during a time where we are supposed to be in this together. Like I said - helps with my balance. I have been doing the 10 minutes each morning and I believe it is also helping with blood flow. I do feel less pain. I plan to add ten minutes at night to see results from that also. It seems like good exercise without the pain of exertion.

I looked for ages at these whole body vibration machines. After much debate I chose this model and it came right on time but the deliverer had to have dropped it fairly hard to put the gigantic crack that I found on the bottom. Well, now you can just take your merchandise from Amazon to Kohls dept. Store. They unloaded it and everything. Ok. I had a new machine in TWO DAYS. I love it. It is very powerful, it plays music and gives you a serious workout with almost no risk of injury. I am a 65 yo female and need to build bone mass, does it; I need to improve circulation, does it; need to tone my flabby arms and thighs, does it AND it's fun!!! You can do as much or as little as you can tolerate in the beginning. You are not recommended to stay on for a full 10 mins until you build up to it, but my biggest need is to become more stable and balanced. I could tell from my first workout that this dual motor machine would be a huge help with my balance. Just get this one and you're covered. You may also lose weight! You will LOVE it. ... show more

The machine is very good but results take time. In combination with diet is a good fighter against diabetes. I do exercise just by watching TV. Bought another for my sister. Good for lower back pain too.

The instructions on usage are very limited and confusing. I wanted to return this item, but the seller was going to make me pay for the return Shipping. So I just decided to give it to someone younger who might be able to figure it out.
