This scooter is completely useless because of their terrible app system. Out of the box, it was locked in “P mode” and required a password to ride — a password I was never prompted to set, and there was no option to skip or reset it. There is no “forgot password” feature, no way to unlock it, and no support from the company. I reached out multiple times and got no help. The fact that they built a scooter that can fully lock itself and leave you stranded — with no recovery options — is absolutely ridiculous. You shouldn’t need an app just to ride a scooter you paid for, and you definitely shouldn’t risk being permanently locked out due to a software issue they designed. It’s not a user error — it’s a design failure. Avoid this scooter at all costs. Get something that works without an app holding it hostage. ... show more
