I have to say, this was a total impulse buy. I use a speed bag daily, to keep upper body in shape. When I bought this, I was thinking it would be a better replacement. But after further review, I decided to stay with the bag. I must say, I did look at this item. The quality, assortment, accessories, all appeared to be good quality. I only returned it because I decided to replace my speed bag other than go to this new type of upper body workout. The return was up on me, my bad.
