I absolutely love this bag. It's a ton of fun. I have been using it heavily, an hour or more a day. I suppose this, paired with the materials/low cost, led to my bag puncturing. It's not just a saggy flap of pleather hanging between bungie cords. Very sad sight. The bag ruptured within a month of purchase, so I am returning it. I may get another one of this exact model, but I think that I'm going to have to upgrade to a more heavy-duty DE bag since I enjoy it so much. I would recommend this to anyone considering it. Just buy it. If you don't like it, you will find out soon enough and you'll only be out a few bucks. If you're like me and fall in love with it, you'll be able to upgrade to a better one if you need to.

When I open the package, my wife and I can't wait to try the double end ball with reflax ball! We ARE having fun with the punching ball ones in our home workouts and just wanted to have a change during the second part of the workouts, and toco freido punching ball is a GOOD CHOICE. I never really thought that I would have been in my 6th straight week of working out 30 minutes a day, but hey! What ELSE do we have to do during the semi-lockdown and it's so good for you! ANYONE can find 30 minutes in a day to do this and then get on with the REST of their day or as a great END to a day! And thanks to Toco Freido Fitness and other companies like yours to supply us with the tools that we need. I am sure that the demand for such products has skyrocketed these past two or three months due to the people not being able to go to the gyms and having (Or STARTING... like us) to work out at home! The Gold Gyms in the St. Louis area have all closed and will no longer be serving their subscribers and those other gyms, Planet Fitness, Club Fitness, etc., have not been allowed to open as of yet. So happy to get the boxing ball, 2 kinds ball are awsome! I can use the boxing ball at home and no need to go to the gym.

I bought this bag a year ago. I probably worked out with it twice a week for about 20 to 30 minutes. It did not take much abuse, but within few months it developed a slow leak and now it barley holds enough air to get through a workout. If you're looking for cheap, this is the bag. If you're look for durability, check out the more expensive bags.

The cord ripped within minutes of using it. My kids managed to use it by attaching a bungee cord instead of the ripped cord. Not the same effect but the kids dealt with it. And then they came back the second day to use it and there was no air. They refilled air but the air was out again the following day. So disappointed because this was a gift for my kids.

I have to say, this was a total impulse buy. I use a speed bag daily, to keep upper body in shape. When I bought this, I was thinking it would be a better replacement. But after further review, I decided to stay with the bag. I must say, I did look at this item. The quality, assortment, accessories, all appeared to be good quality. I only returned it because I decided to replace my speed bag other than go to this new type of upper body workout. The return was up on me, my bad. I do think it was a good quality bag and could give a good workout.
