    • Better than a label maker
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
Review Image by earlcaulley
I didn't know these things existed. My wife and I have to label handouts, pamphlets, and booklets with our church's name and address. We've tried it with label makers, stamps, and printers, but it's been very tedious. This handheld inkjet printer has been a lifesaver! We can print on 25 pamphlets a minute. It's also cool that can we can add images, bar codes, and QR codes. We plan on adding that in the future. This is very easy to pick up and use right away. It has a lot of configuration options. We are still learning them but for now the default settings get us what we need. Recommended if you need to print a lot on items that don't fit in a printer. ... show more

    • Never knew how much I needed a handheld printer!
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
I never realized how much I needed a handheld printer. I’ve used this thing so many times it’s crazy. I’ve used it to print things on my boxes whenever I ship them out when selling stuff. You can print on fabric, paper, drywall, porcelain, pretty much anything you want you can print on it’s crazy. You can choose different fonts and sizes to print. It’s one of those things you buy you have to try on everything to see what all it works on LOL. This thing is super cool. This is great for labeling things as well so you can second it as a label maker. You pretty much have a printer in your purse or your book bag on the go at all times. Trust me when I say this, you will be printing things all over everything. I have printed quite a few things and I have yet to run out of ink so the ink seems to last long as well. Comes with a charger for it also. It’s rechargeable and the battery last a long time also. Overall this thing is very useful in ways I wouldn’t have imagined I could use it. ... show more

    • Failure of a product.
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
I’ve had this printer for a few years and I’ve never had any success with it for longer than a week or two without it completely failing to print. I have 4 printer cartridges that are basically full, including one that is brand new fresh-out-of-the-packaging that leaks ink on every print attempt, that do no actual printing whatsoever. I print two lines on my bottles: USE BY mm/dd/yyyy 001 18 characters. At best right now I was getting a faded bottom quarter of the 001 line. The instructions are bad and the support is worse. Thoroughly disappointed in this product which is essential to my business. ... show more

    • It’s ok product
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
Upgrading the one star review to 4 star. It’s ok printer, used for a bit and it stopped printing. Called Amazon to request a replacement but 30day return time frame passed for two days. Reached out to seller, and tech support was very helpful. Just needed to take the ink cartridge out and shake it up and down. Make sure to cover the nozzle with paper towel or something, made a mess ….. It’s working fine for now, but if something goes wrong then will update the review. ... show more

This is a great tool for small businesses in general The clarity of the screen is great, the touch screen is flawless m, so far no issues Is very easy to use for basic stuff, pretty much plug and play, however, you can dig into deep more complex sets ups if you check the manual Is takes a bit of taking use to it in the first prints, it took me about 5 tries to get it right (hurst wait for the sound to start rolling, it will auto stop printing) I have tried on metal, cardboard, plastic, leather, and ziplock bags, great results, very clear print, no dripping ink signs or anything. ... show more

    • Very Compact and Lightweight, High Utility
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
I am thoroughly impressed at the functionality and compactness of this little handheld printer. We do a lot of warehouse work and require constant tagging and labeling, much of which is done by hand at times. After testing this out, we may be ordering more for some employees. We were able to print dates, custom messages, and even barcoding. There are much more advanced printing functions built-in which we will probably be utilizing eventually. Printing is as simply as smoothly swiping, easier than it looks. I would recommend this for professional environments. All that's left to see is how long the ink cartridge lasts. ... show more

    • Fails very easily and the manufacturer will never respond for warranty claims
Color: Handheld Inkjet Printer
Beware of this product. We bought this in March 2022 and by October 2022, it stopped working. The first ink cartridge is almost full still. The printer just stopped printing one day and our attempts to reach the manufacturer didnt work. At last we have to go back to Amazon who stood behind the 1 year warranty of the manufacturer though they were just a reseller. I will give full points to Amazon for that. But we did have to pay a restocking fee of $44 which was the downside. Overall, 10 stars for Amazon for handling this issue, -50 points for this company and their products for failing so easily and so quickly and never responding to their customers. ... show more
