We love this sleek looking toaster. The ability to control the toast coloration is wonderful. I prefer mine a bit lighter in color, my husband prefers his darker. We get the exactly results we desire and everything in between for the grandkids. We did our due diligence and looked at all of the toasters offered on Amazon! We could have spend much more money, but we just needed a nice toaster to brown our bread! We are very happy with our decision. The price was great as well!! I highly recommend! Received today. Toaster is beautiful and works perfectly! On setting halfway between 4 and 5 the toast comes out golden brown on both sides. Best toaster yet. Hope it keeps working so well.

Toaster is well made, aesthetically pleasing. It has the crumb trays for easy cleaning. I enjoy the 4 slice convenience. Has defrost option when things are frozen. Good distribution of heat. No burning to date.
