This toaster arrived well packaged in its box wrapped in plastic and secured with cardboard. The instructions manual is straightforward and easy to read. A few of the instructions are not clear (i.e. Bagel Settings Instructions), however, it is pretty easy to figure out through trial and error. Before use, the manual suggests to run the toaster one time on the highest setting (6) to clean the toaster and this worked well. As the toaster was running during this first run, a bit of smoke was coming out of the toaster, but the manual said that this was to be expected. After that, I put a bagel into the toaster and it toasted perfectly on the toaster setting. The aesthetics of this toaster are wonderful. The lights are a fun feature and I appreciate how the toaster has a light showing the levels of doneness represented by each of the settings, 1to 6. Overall I am impressed by this toaster and would order it again.

OK, so I was just looking for a normal toaster and I saw this one that was pretty inexpensive, but wasn’t like a cheap one. Boy, was I surprised when I got this thing. First, it has LEDs all along the base that are very pretty and very bright and surprised me the first time I saw them. They’re also is a small display that shows you what kind of toast each level on the toaster will give you. So not only does this toaster work extremely well, but it’s got all these fancy lights and features on it that I was thoroughly surprised about. For the price, you can’t go wrong with this toaster. It is a good quality toaster that does its job very well, doesn’t seem to overcook and the levels seem to be pretty spot on. We are very satisfied with this device.

This is just so amazing for me! I've had the same toaster for years and it's always worked, but recently needed something new and i felt like this was a good opportunity to get this and just try something new. I've also never had anything updated when it comes to a toaster. OMG! I just love this so well and it works good to . Let me first start by saying the light on the front that shows the toast level is very nice. I also didn't have to worry about it burning my toast like the old one... lol! The neon lights on it are just down my alley. I love having neon stuff in my home and the retro look is just amazing as well. So i can tell you that i'm in love with it, but i would be liying to you, because this is my first new one in years and at this point anything new would make me happy. It really does work well and i do like it. So thank you very much.

What's not to like? This cute retro toaster does exactly what it's supposed to do. It makes toast! Plugged it in, popped in some bread and had browned toast for my meal. Like the projector feature that shows expected toast darkness for each setting. Clean up tray slides out easily. Haven't tried the defrost setting yet to see how well it defrosts, but this feature and the projection light are the only features that justify the cost of this toaster. Otherwise, I feel the price for this toaster would be too much.

This is a really nice toaster. I love the retro look it has. The neon lights add to its charm. It also toasts bread really well. I especially like the projector that shows the browning level. Very handy! It is also very easy to clean with a sliding tray. Altogether, this is a very good purchase.
