To date it has been great, but haven't used all the functions to date. Used the airfryer mostly and works as an airfryer should. Cuts cooking time in half and has so many functions. Rack that holds broiler pan underneath is a neat setup, leaving more options to use more pans and cook more items at once. We'll update after we use it more, but it's a nice oven and lightweight compared to old toaster oven that caught fire. So we're happy as of now. Choose cooking style, set temp, and time then start. Easy to use. The "knocking" sound for those who don't understand science, is the heating of the sheet metal. Remember back in elementary school science class. Heating causes expansion, cooling causes contraction. It simple. The oven is a light weight sheet metal appliance. Sure they could make it thicker and use thermal insulation, but then you'd have your kitchen range oven on top of your counter. It's a counter top toaster/ air fryer oven people that cost 250.00!! For what it is, it's great. We use this several times a week at the office. We don't have the luxury of any oven in the kitchen in our whse, so this little baby gets its use. Reduce your temperature by 25 degrees. It's the best countertop oven I've ever had, and that goes back to the 1970's. 9 cookies per tray isn't bad just allow more time. Ah, I reach under the front right and hold the leg to turn the oven timer off and the whole oven itself. That way it doesn't move and slide. Awesome great oven. OSTER has always been the best. This replaced an old Oster countertop oven. The size is perfect for pizza, roast turducken, baking bread, etc. The functions are easy to use, not complicated at all. Baked bread with it and it cooked evenly, didn't burn and no soggy bottom on the bread, nice even crust, golden brown top. The doors I love, I didn't like the hinge down door on previous model as it's a lot of weight on the hinge and had to repair it twice in its lifetime. Also hinge down caught all the spills and crumbs in the hinge. These French doors are so easy to use and give great access. Biggest plus is the preheat. Once you select mode, temperature and time then press start the oven begins to preheat, once the temperature is reached the internal light comes on, put your food in the oven and press start again and it cooks the time selected. If you don't want preheat just press start twice. In every way this us a much better oven than higher priced celebrity endorsed ovens, in size, functions and performance. ... show more

20.71"D x 24.61"W x 17.01"H is the SIZE OF THE SHIPPINGR BOX! not product dimensions... what a horrific example of false advertisement. true dimensions 16"D x 22.5"W x 13"H........translation...... depth includes door handles and rear bubble"D x includes controls"W x includes feet"H at that the box is only 16 inches tall so height is an outright lie. SERIOUSLY USE THE 2inch RULE WITH THIS FREAKING THING! ITS OUTRIGHT FALSE ADVERTISEMENT... i bought 3 of these things first one i thought they sent me the wrong one AND IT WAS SMASHED! the doors hung crooked there was a huge dent in the front and back.... the second one they wouldnt even ship to me properly.... the third well this is 100% false advertising. you can not fit a 16" pizza in this d--- ting inside measurements is closer to 15 x 12 x 8.... but the 8 is not an accurate height because that does not account for the fact that heat bars are in the way... from the bottom rack slot to the top heating element you have about 6 to 6.5 inches depending on if you like your chicken charred or not.... this is an honest review and i wish it could be nicer... if you can get food small enough to fit in this thing... it works well... seemingly only have had a few weeks to use it and it seems to have decent features... but AMAZON SERIOUSLY BE HONEST AND GET BETTER WITH YOUR WAYS...
