First about the patio set: The directions were not good. The screws weren’t long enough so had to buy the correct ones. Got one swivel chair put together. It slanted downwards so you had to work not to slide out. We had some spacers and that helped it some but not for relaxed seating. Second: Notified Cozyunion life that we were sending it back. The response was there will be a 50% restocking fee for any damage to the box. Just the box not even the contents. It cost $323 to return the three boxes. Later FedEx discovered that the address they provided on their shipping label doesn’t exist. FedEx found them in another town in NJ and in Georgia. When the second box arrived what a surprise. We were sent a photo of an opening in the lid of the box right where you would open it. When I mentioned that Fedex usually takes photos of their deliveries that argument disappeared. FedEx told me when the third box arrived Chris signed for it then told FedEx that he was rejecting it to ship it back to the sender. That way they never had all three boxes and never had to issue a refund. I stopped talking to them and contacted Amazon’s A to Z guarantee. The next day the company issued 50% of the original price. Amazon issued the rest of the price and half of our shipping costs. Terrible company. That should be taken off the Amazon site.

These were very easy to put the table and chairs together. The only thing is the cushions are very thin. I do like that the cushions are water resistant where it just beads up and you can shake the water off.

I like the style and finish of the pieces. We have had bad experiences with other style chairs. The way these are designed will give us good service for years to come. It's nice to receive exactly what you ordered. We could not be happier with our purchase.

The chairs are way too low for the table. My husband put it all together before I got home from work and we then sat on the chairs and realized the issue. Already put together so waiting from company to see about return. Very light weight table and chairs. Would blow over with umbrella with a slightly windy day.

This set does look nice, but as others have stated, the chairs are too low and the cushions are very poor quality! I ended up spending a lot more on thicker nicer cushions and a piece of glass to make the table top bigger and level.
