This has been a great purchase! Perfect for my aging parents. The chair reclines almost completely flat, so you can easily take a nap or even sleep over night comfortably. The fabric is soft and padding just right. There is roomy storage departments under each arm, as well as cup holders on each side. This has been so relaxing to sit down after a hard day and use the heat and massage features. It was a nice surprise that there were separate massage sections from my head to my calves. The lift feature is slow and steady to almost a full upright position. My mom will easily be able to get out without being nervous of it moving too quickly. It was super easy to put together and came in three boxes so I could easily bring it into the house. Just don’t do what I did and make sure the cup holders are facing the front of the chair when sliding the arms in. I made that mistake, but it was easy to correct. So this really is a foolproof chair to put together. This is an attractive, big, sturdy, comfy chair and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

was looking for a new recliner I seached the internet and checked locally at furniture stores and I kept coming back to this recliner I purchased it and it was shipped quickly and all 3 boxes showed up I was impressed by shipping and putting it together was a breeze very easy didnt even need the directions and when it was completed the chair felt solid and im a big man and like I said it felt solid when sitting in the chair and even when it was fully reclined loved the vibrator and lumbar plus there is heat very cool chair and it is very soft Its a great chair to buy

This recliner chair has been a real lifesaver! I originally bought it for my 88-year-old husband, but ended up using it myself after heart surgery. It’s super comfortable, lays flat, and was easy to assemble. The remote is simple and controls heat, massage, lift, and recline. Love the side pockets and cup holders. Great quality, very functional, and perfect for aging at home. Highly recommend!

The padding is generous, giving excellent support to my back, neck, and legs. Perfect for plus size people! It's great for lounging, or even taking a nap. The heat and massage functions are my favorite part! The heat especially this time of year. It's cold up here in the north! The massage feature offers different intensity levels and targeted areas, which is fantastic after a long day. It's like having a personal spa in my home! I just throw on a face mask and pit in my earbuds and sink in my chair and I'm oblivious to everything around me! One of the best features is the lift function. It works smoothly and gently lifts up to a standing position, which is incredibly helpful for anyone with mobility issues or joint pain. It will help immensely when my disabled mother is visiting. The remote control is user-friendly, making it easy to adjust the recline, lift, heat, and massage settings, everything is labeled and easy to read The reclining feature is also wonderful—whether I want to sit upright, lounge, or lay flat, it adjusts nice and easy! Don’t buy this product. It costs too much to return it. The recliner is for short people hitting me at my calves. The chair is small for a big man’s. The heat control is way to short. The chair has not worked properly since we unpacked it. The chair is uncomfortable. I didn’t have this money to spare, I wish I could have shopped more. We have had the motor go out with less then 3 months.

This lift chair is wonderful!! Absolutely love it! The fabric is beautiful & very soft. Love the storage & cup holders! The remotes are very simple, easy to use. The seat cushion is very comfortable, just soft enough yet sturdy! The heat & massage are great for us older people! The chair is extra wide for us big people which you cant say about other lift chairs! Chair is very well made!! My only hold back is there's no support for your neck! Not a big problem, just ordered a neck cushion. That should help a lot! Oh & be careful, the lift can stand you up completely on your feet, lol!! If you or someone you love needs a lift chair, this is definitely the one to buy!!! Love, love, love this chair!!! Oh yeah, it came a week early!!

I received the chair today. the problem I’m having at the moment is that my iPhone 16 which I just purchased in December will not stay in the hub. I’m I have a “C” charger but it will not stay connected to the hub. It keeps falling out. Just touch the remote and the charger falls out

The chair's build quality is good. The chair is very comfortable for me. I am 5' 9" and 235 pounds. But the seat is to hard for the person we bought it for. The way the description says it is a Plush seat you sink into. This was bought for a 92 year old with breakdown problems. The seat is too hard for anyone with this problem. In the process of the return. UPDATE: Talked to the seller and Amazon customer service and per the seller policy for items of this size they do not offer a free return shipping. It would cost around $500 to send it back, because it is a big item. The seller is a smaller company and offered me a discount for keeping the chair. The seller was very nice about everything and I decided to keep it. I decided to update to 4 stars because the seat is a little too firm.
