    • Efficient vacuum for small to medium spaces
I've been using this product nearly every day for a few weeks now and I'm pleased with its performance. I find the overall weight to be pretty good, no issues with feeling like I am lugging around a giant machine. The maneuveribility of the head is great and lets me get in to a fair amount of tighter spaces without needing to move as much furniture. It also has a great low profile so certain areas I can get beneath with ease. I have two dogs so I use this fairly often to keep on top of the hair, and I've found that it's been very helpful for that. I don't really have a lot of carpet right now so I can't speak to its power on carpets, but with the vinyl and tile I have it does well. The mini roller head attachment is also great for keeping my couch and bed relatively hair free, with again the overall lightness of the weight makes this easier to do. The added switch that keeps the trigger pressed is a huge bonus for most jobs and really relieves hand strain. The battery life works for my space and I can generally do all the floors within one go. If you have a larger space or many rooms to do on a regular basis, I'd recommend getting a second battery or a corded vacuum. There is an auto dirt detect feature with this vacuum that will put it in to max power, especially in dirtier areas or areas with carpet and that can be a drain on the battery. Otherwise, with regular wood/vinyl/tile/etc it performs well. Attachments provided help take care of pretty much all jobs, the included wall mount was easy to put up. The filters seem to do a good job, I haven't noticed any smells or dirt or dust leaking from them which tells me everything is staying well contained in the canister. At the end of the day I'm very happy with my purchase. It's made staying on top of dog hair very easy and I don't spend a ton of time vacuuming because of how easy it is to carry the vacuum up stairs and push around. If you're looking for a decent stick vacuum then I'd say this is your go to, but if you need a heavy duty powerhouse you may want to consider a corded vacuum or canister style. Regardless, I am pleased and recommend this as a great every day or maintenance option for most people. ... show more

    • Disposable. Less than one year old and no suction left. New battery costs $80 bucks. No thanks!
I was excited about this purchase but less than a year later, I am finding this appliance does not last. First impression: The good The suction was great and I loved not having to deal with a cord/plug The light really seemed to help find dust as I vacuumed Emptying the dust bin is a little awkward but not terribly difficult. The bad I was disappointed in the wall rack for 2 reasons, first it did not hold all of the attachments. Second it was not a charging base. This was my mistake I suppose but when looking at the photos ir appeared to be a charging base; however, the charger is a separate cord to be manually plugged in. Second, I was irritated that the base was not set up to hold all of the attachments, very disappointed in that because keeping the tool organized was important to me. Maintenance Every time I used this (approximately 2x a week to supplement my Roombas' daily runs) I would empty the bin, remove the filter, rinse and allow it to try before the next use and plug in to charge. Recently I noticed that when I would run this vacuum there was less in the bin and started to notice that it was no longer picking up as much. I then checked for clogs (none) and checked the suction and it is very weak now. I realized that maybe it needs a new battery so checked the price on those and it is $80 bucks for a new battery, So now I have to decide whether to spend $80 to keep using this underwhelming piece of equipment or purchase another machine. I believe a product like this should last longer than 9 months Decided to go ahead and purchase battery replacement. This battery is just as weak as the one I already have, now I have 2 batteries and a worthless vaccum. So disappointed because this was a splurge for me to try to make my life easier and I am very let down. ... show more
