I used this once in 2 rooms. First, it is an amazing machine. Vacuumed and mopped efficiently with ease. Then the excitement ended when I realized it had caused chips/gouges to my 7-year-old LVP floors. Not sure if it was related to the kitty litter it was picking up, but I would assume it could handle common household debris without causing structural damage to a floor. Sadly, it has to be returned, and I am left trying to decide what to do next with my floors. Be aware. ... show more

After learning how to use it, the customer service at Tineco is outstanding, I like it. The charge on high only lasts for 20 minutes though. That was deceiving. But still cleans really well.
