I loved it vacuum and mop cleaner works very well this is my second vacuum from the company I had the S5 I use it few years and then it died when I was searching for a new one I was very happy to try the S9 works very well but I don't think so it has so much more Futures than the S5 and S5 is I half the price. so the vacuum is excellent but I don't think so that is worth it $900 when you have from the same company and very good functioning for $500 if you're looking for one that go to the floor it's good for you but if not I will buy definitely the s5 ... show more

my S9 Artist Pro will not turn on after only 4 months. Tineco giving me the runaround on just replacing my very expensive and reasonably new machine. It’s been two weeks of back and forth (try this, will send you this part, etc) and still no working machine or replacement. It is clear they are doing everything they can to not replace the unit.
