The media could not be loaded. my S9 Artist Pro will not turn on after only 4 months. Tineco giving me the runaround on just replacing my very expensive and reasonably new machine. It’s been two weeks of back and forth (try this, will send you this part, etc) and still no working machine or replacement. It is clear they are doing everything they can to not replace the unit. Had this for a few months. Loving it better than my previous model (That one did not have edge cleaning, and required frequent filling and cleaning of the tank). Loving how long it can clean without filling or emptying the dirty water tank. Is is a bit heavy , but probably makes it clean deeper.
