  • Cadillac of floor cleaners
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
I purchased this after my crosswave started to go out after 2 years. I really wanted one with steam and that was cordless so I ended up choosing this model. I wasn't originally looking at tineco bc their cleaner for the machines was pretty expensive, but this model doesn't use any chemicals for cleaning. The machine itself isn't too heavy and was easy to assemble. Now the self propulsion is insane! It takes off and it takes a little bit of effort to keep it with you. So much so that my arm will get tired after a bit. The edge to edge is pretty precise. It gets right up against the wall or whatever your close to. Now the vacuum part isn't the best. I have dogs and it doesn't pick up excessive dog hair well nor does it pick up the dog food kernels that get spilt on the floor from the dog bowls. It really does glide across my floors like a Cadillac very smooth and the swivel is easy and effortless. And I absolutely love the steam setting. I feel my epoxy concrete floors look really clean and streak free! Cleaning the machine is easy. I believe the little debris tap is almost pointless and the top of the dirty water tank is a little hard to get off. It does go through a nice long self cleaning process that isn't too loud at all. This is only my second type of combo vac/mop I've ever had so this is all in comparison of the crosswave. ... show more

  • Dissatisfaction at this price point!
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
Edit 01/07/25 I ended up returning this to Amazon because this S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum did not work properly out of the box. I had an older Tineco Floor mop/vac it was my first vaccume mop. This one is the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Clean, an upgrade? Not so much is very disappointing. I've purchased other products from the Tineco brand and have been extremely satisfied with each. I've used this 2 times since Christmas, if you use either of the steam settings the battery lasts about 15 minutes, it does not use any sort of detergent so you clean with just water unless you decide to use one of the steam features and cut the use time down significantly. It takes a while for the steam feature to heat up and make the steam, more wasted battery. It didn't perform that well on sticky messes it took a few passes to lift the sticky mess. I am comparing this item to the S3 and the S3 seems to out perform a unit almost double the cost. It is lightweight, and the self-propulsion is a nice feature, it makes it easy to maneuver, the self clean works well. The roller and the floors dry quickly. The vaccume mop seems durable and well made. It has a light also it was nice to see the floors better. All in all I would suggest you invest in maybe the S7 Pro, something without the steam feature. All said I would NOT recommend the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner. ... show more

  • A dream
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
What on earth is this thing?! I am floored by it!! This thing practically cleans for you. 1. Charging: low to the ground; you put the mop on its holder, no bending, no fumbling with cords, the thing charges. That's it. It's one of those delight features that was very thoughtfully engineered. 2. Battery: probably okay? If you don't have old dried in pieces of food your toddler so helpfully hid behind a table/chair/under a rug, this thing will be fast and run for a while. If there are dried in things that require you to use the steam feature, it will run out of juice faster. But it holds 100% more than enough power to get you through routine mopping without needing to recharge. 3. Steam: works way better than soap! Easier to get stuff off the floor, no worries about little hands and paws, no extra cleanup step, no unpleasant odors. I was unsure if this mop would get greasy things like butter or whatever else my toddler throws on the floor, but it's absolutely amazing. 4. Self-drive: wow. It just gliiiiiiiides! The two water tanks on the handle could have easily made it unwieldly (looking at you, Bissel), but the self-propelled feature makes it very light and easy to handle. Trust me, my back pain has rendered me bedridden for months at a time before. The motorized wheels, though, make it feel like you're moving a light thing of hollow plastic. Definitely doesn't feel its weight and it's a good thing! 5. Cleanup: the tanks are super duper easy to handle. The mechanisms have this awesome click that gives you joy. 6. Overall: everything about this device is amazing. It's so so well thought through and the little details make the tedious chore a breeze. The delight factor is the name of the game. The mop gives you apple and bmw vibes. Can't believe this device exists, honestly. We bought a Bissel a few days before we got this one and it's night and day, I'm not even kidding. So yes, this one is 2x the price of Bissell, but 1) it also cleans in half the time and 2) it operates so so much nicer and easier on you. ... show more

  • Game changer for moms everywhere! You need this in your life.
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
This is my 2nd Tineco and I bought this when my other one died. My other one didn't have a steam option but I looooove that this one does! We have a lot of natural hardwood in our house and 3 kids and I use this a few times/week. I am so impressed with how well this cleans my floor and it really leaves them shiny and looking so much better! I don't know what it is but there is a level of satisfaction that comes from emptying the disgusting tank of black water after every use. After using my first one for multiple years, it finally died and I used a regular mop while I was waiting for this one to be delivered. There was no comparison. I could feel that my floors were not even close to the same level of clean and I couldn't wait to get this thing up and running. Using the steam option does deplete the battery pretty quickly but I can still cover a lot of ground even using the steam setting the entire time. I also love that you can take this apart easily and rinse the parts easily too. I highly recommend doing that after each use because otherwise the smell is terrible. ... show more

  • Only lasted a year, warranty is terrible
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
I have owned this product for a year and need to share my experience. The machine itself is ok, it's not as good as vacuuming and then steam mopping, but it is better than just vacuuming. Even with max steam, getting stains off the tile floor took many back and forths. After a year of use the unit will not charge, but at least I have a warranty lol. I sent the vacuum August 8th, forgot to tell them I sent it, so followed up with tracking number and pictures on the 15th. They told me the unit wasn't reparable and would offer me $250 (half of what I paid) since it had been a year. I replied with their website language stating that their warranty would provide a refurbished model if it was not fixable and they agreed. They created a shipping label on August 28th, It stayed as a shipping label created until September 12th when I complained about nothing happening. It is 9/23 and I still have no vacuum. • Beware of this manufacturer
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
Read below for an update ... my unit failed. Wow! Yes, this floor washer is expensive. I had just ordered it. While waiting 3 days for the arrival, I kept kicking myself for having ordered it. I kept considering cancelling the order before delivery. Yet, I could not avoid wanting something that made cleaning a floor easier and more thorough. Boy, does this ever! Before purchasing, I had read a handful of negative reviews from others. They saw a red light indicating their floor was dirty and were certain it was not. I was skeptical of their evaluation and so had gone ahead and splurged. I submit the best way of determining whether a floor is dirty is to look at a dirty water tank and not a red light. My floor was allegedly clean. After the first washing, the dirty water tank contained dark gray yuck. After a few days, the red has lessened and eventually in many areas remains blue indicating it was clean. The dirty water tank is light gray and translucent. So I use the red light to tell me whether I should keep going over an area. I do see it slowly returning to blue as I keep slowly rolling forward and backward over the area marked red. I assume this machine cannot look at a floor and determine whether there is soil on it. Instead, I assume, it examines dirty water returning to the storage tank, perhaps by shining a light through the returning water. Well, along those lines, my dirty water tank is less dirty after a few days of washing, at least in my kitchen and dining room. My basement is another story, but I will work on it. Perhaps some of this red-light-reported “dirt” was residual soap from previous washings. So, again, look at the dirty water tank if you believe the red light is lying to you. I am beginning to see some shine return to previously very dull tiles. I love the self-cleaning cycle. In short, this machine may be frighteningly expensive, but it does something no housekeeper or previous floor washing machine has been able to do. (I neglected to mention that my 19-year-old cat vomits periodically. This machine makes the clean-up a completely yuck-free job. That alone has made the expense worthwhile.) ****** I must update my review. The system 7 steam was great while it worked. Five stars for sure! Eight months later, it stopped charging. Tineco honored its warranty and arranged for the 7 steam’s return to the service center for repair. From that point on, communications were terrible. I shipped the unit, and it arrived at Tineco on a Friday. One week later, Tineco service chat agents reported that it had yet to be clocked-in at the service center. Miraculously, just hours after my online chat, it was clocked-in at the service center … certainly a pure coincidence. Two days later, I received communication that the unit was irreparable and would be replaced with a refurbished unit. Three days have passed, and I have still not been sent a communication regarding a return. A service agent reports it normally takes two days for a shipment to be processed (it has now been three). Tineco service agents are always polite, texting or emailing scripted apologies for machine malfunctions. But of all the companies I dealt with, Tineco is the very worst at processing service requests and communicating with its customers. My malfunctioning System 7 Steam has now been back at Tineco repair center one day short of two weeks. (It has been one day more than two weeks since the unit was dropped off at a shipping center.) A replacement is still not being shipped back. Prospective customers should be warned: If your new purchase continues to work, you will undoubtedly have a high-quality product. If your unit fails, arranging for repair will be extremely frustrating with a company that clearly does not value its customers once they have your money. ... show more

  • Easy and efficient - great product.
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
My new Tineco works great! I have all tile floors with just area rugs in a pretty good size house. I’m older and if not careful can have back problems. Dragging my old heavy vacuum and separate mop/streamer was cumbersome and so time consuming! It wore me out. With the lightweight cordless Tineco One S7, cleaning is a beeeze. I actually like using it versus dreading the old way. I can finish my whole house (2500 sq ft) without recharging and it truly gets my floors cleaner because it sucks in the dirty water instead of just spreading it around like other steam mops. And it’s easier and so much faster. I’m so glad I made the investment! I would highly recommend. ... show more

  • A good wet-dry vacuum and steam mop in one A good wet-dry vacuum and steam mop in one
Size: Floor ONE S7 Steam
I purchased the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Floor Washer in October 22nd of last year, and I must say, it has been a delightful addition to my home cleaning arsenal. This device is a game-changer for anyone who dreads the usual hassle of floor cleaning. First off, the steam function is a standout feature. It is not just about cleaning; it is about sanitizing the floors, which is important to me. The steam is powerful and consistent, ensuring that my floors are not just clean but germ-free. The 2-in-1 function of vacuuming (wet and dry) and steam mopping saves me a ton of time and effort. It is like having two devices in one sleek package. The smart control and auto mode are incredibly user-friendly. I love how it adjusts the water flow and suction based on the dirt level – it is like having a smart assistant for cleaning! The machine is lightweight and maneuverable, making it easy to glide over various surfaces without much effort. However, there is one aspect of the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 that I find a bit challenging – the charging time. It takes about 4.5 hours to charge fully, which can be a bit of a setback, especially when you need to do a quick clean and the battery is low. For a 10-minute Boost Steam Mode, waiting for 4.5 hours feels a bit disproportionate. My suggestion to Tineco would be to consider a replaceable, rechargeable battery system. This way, users could have a spare battery charged and ready to go, eliminating the downtime. It would make the device much more convenient for those of us who need to clean larger areas or have unexpected messes to deal with. Overall, despite the long charging time, the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Floor Washer stands out as a powerful, efficient, and smart cleaning tool. It is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to upgrade their floor cleaning routine. Just keep in mind the charging time and plan your cleaning sessions accordingly. ... show more
