I wanted to get a compact treadmill to use over the day while working from home or just watching a movie. I wanted to be careful to choose one that wouldn't make too much noise or shake or vibrate a lot and disturb neighbors. This seems to fit the bill so far. And while it's not a silent machine, I think it certainly does not make unnecessarily loud noises. Oh, and this thing is pretty heavy. If you are a smaller person, know that it will be a struggle to get it inside the house without help! Same for taking it out. But to be fair, it's a treadmill, so I don't think they can be much lighter lol. Speed is adequate for my walking goals, and remote control is very responsive and nice to have. Mechanically, it's a good experience overall. Comes with extra treadmill belt lubricant and instructions on when and how to do that.

I bought this walking pad back in March, I used it for about 2 weeks and it worked great. I took a break (because I was lazy) and then in July I started using it again but still not everyday just a couple of times a week. And then one day it started smelling like it was burning and the red on/ off switch was stuck in the off position and wouldn’t come back on. Contacted customer service and they are in China so it takes a full day to get a response but anyways.. after a few days of back and forth they sent me the part to fix it. It came in and I took the treadmill apart and replaced it. Back in business but still smelled funny. I then used it for about a week and it starts making an awful knocking noise. I contact customer service again the next day they respond and ask for a video, so send the video and again another day each communication. Now they say it’s knocking from shipping and missing a gasket.. here’s how to fix it. Ugh.. again days later I fix the part. And 3 days worth of using and this error message came on. Needless to say I am very tired of “fixing” this treadmill. I have asked them to refund or replace this defective one but won’t know an answer for a day or more. Ugh. I will update when they respond. Update: they have refunded me 75% of the cost. The treadmill is 4.5 months old.

This is great. Super easy to move around for under my desk. I just really wish that it had a pause button. If you have to get off the treadmill at all you have restart your time and distance all over again.

This walking pad is good for what I intended it for which is just a daily brisk 30min to 1 hour walk. I just want to caution that you will feel the pad move a bit on your walk/run, which catches you a bit off guard at first. Also the calorie counter is not accurate at all so I would not pay attention to it. I've only used it a few times, so we'll see how it does when I get more use out of it.

Was looking to get steps in instead if sitting at my desk daily, this was the perfect solution! Ready to go out the box! Only reason I gave 4 stars was remote seems VERY cheap, fingers crossed it holds up.

Works just as described. Very quiet operation. My wife and I can watch a movie while this is running. Two things I don't like. 1. Doesn't have adjustable incline 2. If you pause/stop it you lose all the info on the display and it resets back to zero. Wish I could just pause and restart when I need to take a bathroom break without losing how many miles I've walked.

The media could not be loaded. Update 9/18 This company has the best customer service. They sent out a replacement as the first unit experienced some issues a few months in. Giving them a five star rating. Customer service is top notch and the unit is everything you can want in a desk walking pad. Love this!!! But after four months of use it is making a strange noise as heard in the video. Sometimes it will randomly turn off. It’s been maintained per the instructions so I’m regards to longevity I’m not to sure it will make it a year. Updated to include a longer video with the noise as I can’t upload to email for some reason.
