Designed for a generous fit, our Timberland PRO Hyperion work hiker is built to take on formidable conditions on the job with the comfort and performance of your favorite hiking boot. This alloy safety-toe work boot offers electrical hazard protection and its rugged, Premium Timberland waterproof leather upper features an internal waterproof membrane for maximum protection from water intrusion. Top Amazon Reviews

  • It runs a half-size small
Size: 9.5 Color: Brown
CAUTION: They run a bit small. I may be right on the margin between a size 9.5 and a10. so factor that into the equation. I usually wear a 9.5 work shoe and a 10 running and dress shoes, so I ordered a 9.5 in the Hyperion. They were just a little too snug, especially a bit narrower than expected, but also a tad too short, so that pair went back in a day. Then I ordered a size 10, which fit me just fine. If you're a true 9.5, you might wish to consider a 9.5W or even a 10W if your feet are a long 9.5 and a bit wide, since the choke point seemed to be more in the width than the length. Anyway, the 10 was good for my feet. The construction seems sound and I like the cushioned sole. Waterproof design, the safety plate to protect against punctures and the steel toe are absolutely essential. The electrical shock protection is a plus because I've been known to pull a length of wire or two as well. You can't be too safe in my opinion. One nice thing about Amazon's "Try Before You Buy" option is that there is no risk if they're sent back within a week. I tried five different 8" Timberline Boot styles and four of their 6" styles. I ended up keeping one of each style for different activities. After all, my toes spend a lot of time in them, so they should fit and feel right. I need them to perform right too. Nothing tires me out faster than ill-fitting shoes. I guess that makes me particular. I haven't had these long enough to to be able to speak to their long-term performance and durability. This is my first pair of this particular model, however I'll come back to amend this review if they fail to perform less than desired after I've broken them in a bit. ... show more
