These boots are very well made, and I enjoy wearing them. They are comfortable, although you may want to add insoles for extra cushioning. They fit well, but a bit stiff at first. If you are not used to wearing boots like this, they will rub the calfs a bit until broken in. I suggest wearing a bit thicker pair of socks that won't slide down as you move until you get used to wearing them. I would purchase these boots again. ... show more

Great boots, they are my daily go to... i love that they wont loose traction when the floor is wet, also really durable. So far is have bought like 4 or 5 pairs, and not a single one have ever felt apart, they are really durable and comfortable, also a great looking working boot, scuff resistance, and easy to break-in. Just be carefull with the size, i use size 12 for almost all my other shoes, but on these boots i use 11.5 so, that is something to consider ... show more

I've only been using them for a week and a half. I ordered them wide because I don't like the feeling of my foot being squeezed by the toe box, but the bootie has plenty of room. The boots has already stretched with use, so I think extra insoles would be a good idea. The insole that came with them felt comfortable for the first few days, but not anymore. My workdays are 12 hours long, and they're not the most comfortable I've ever had, but I think a memory foam insole would be a great addition. ... show more

I bought these boots about a year ago. I love them! They are not waterproof so if you want that buy something else or put a heavy boot waterproof treatment on them when u get them and reapply it regularly. First pair lasted me 3 years of daily wear. I'm very hard on boots. Farming, ranching, welding, oilfield, etc... Still useable but soles are cracking from my gait (bad knees) and the leather is cracking due to my failure of leather maintenance. New pair arrived and seem just as well made as my last pair. Order these for my man, my rugged man. He got tired of having laces for his work boots outside and he wanted something he could pull on. The laces would always get frozen in the winter. So I ordered them for Christmas. He tried them on last night and they’re perfect. He is so happy with them. Is this his regular boots that he wears with laces? Boot was a hair too long but doable, width perfect. Looked great and felt durable enough. The problem was the inside liner at the heel. It started wearing out by the third day which is too soon to be acceptable as a work boot. Otherwise it was comfortable to wear right out of the box.

Ordered the boots right was a tight but broke in just fine. It has been a week the first week the rubbing on the back of my calf . The string that tied off at the top of the boot I had to put a bandaid over it to keep it from rubbing my calf raw.
