I planned on buying this to see what features I needed before spending $800+ on one from IRobot, and then gifting this one. I looked at the suction power, if it was lidar or camera/sensors like IRobot, and self emptying. This one has better suction power than a lot of the more expensive IRobots and the lidar on this is great. Only feature missing is self emptying, but it worked out bc the base of this doesn't take up a lot of space, and its not a hassle to clean it out every other day for as much as it cleans. Typical day, it does 4 full cleanings and multiple spot cleanings as needed. App is great, easy to schedule, easy to use out of the box and easy to block off spots where it'll get stuck on my fringe carpet. For initial use, I had to move everything on top of counters and off floors so it could get a full mapping. I wasn't planning on needing the mopping feature as I already knew it wouldn't get out anything stubborn, but it works very well for giving the hardwood floors a good, even shine. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat, but keeps the floors clean. It helps me focus on cleaning other parts of house as I'll just wipe crumbs onto the floor and do a quick spot clean afterwards without having to worry. This has me holding off on IRobot as I couldn't ask for anything more!

Awesome, smart robovac. Maps and cleans the whole house and very thorough. Program it and forget it. Just empty filter each day or two. The Lidar mapping and app features are amazing! Only negative is the mop function can sometimes leave big puddles of water that need to be wiped up. This usually happens when robot first turns on and spins around in circles to get its position and bearings or when going around furniture. Just be mindful it may lead little puddles. Other than that it's wet mop wipe feature is very useful but won't clean your floors entirely like a real mop would. But the vacuum is excellent and cheaper than competitors!!

This Tikom Robot Vacuum is excellent! It explores all the nine rooms, three bathrooms in my house and remembers the layout. After it cleans all rooms, hallways, and bathrooms, for the 2nd time cleaning, it goes one after another room in order. Both hardwood floors and carpets are thoroughly cleaned. It is also very quiet, however, the suction seems very strong, especially the underneath areas, like under beds, tables, desks, corners of rooms, are so clean. It has a very smart brain to navigate and remember throughout all floors. Love it! I don’t need the mopping function. Believe it must do a good job too.

I liked the white sleek look of this robot vacuum and mop combo. It looks clean and pretty! It's also a powerhouse when it comes to efficiency. It effortlessly navigates through every nook and cranny of my home, leaving behind spotless floors. Its advanced sensors and mapping technology ensure that not a single inch is overlooked. It handles edges very well. After cleaning, it returns automatically and accurately to the charging station so that it's always ready for action. Maintenance is a breeze with the robotic vacuum cleaner. The dustbin is easy to empty, and the filters are washable, ensuring longevity. Above all this, the price is a charm. I was very skeptical at first even to try it out. Decided nothing ventured or lost to try. Setup was a breeze. On first Smart Sweep, it outlined every room, then began vacuuming in a back and forth pattern, the width of the intake. It overlapped a bit which is good. After the first complete seeep, subsequent sweeps were perfect - even remembering table and couch legs to go around them. When approaching the memorized borders (walls etc) it stopped at each barrier about an inch away. No bumping and banging into walls etc. Finished the vacuum - it auto returned to the base and began charging. Emptying the dust hopper was easy and really not a problem. I don’t think the auto dump option is necessary. Happy with the job. The wet mop function works mediocre. It does wet the floor and drag a preformed optional pad along under it. I will say it does a very basic mop effectively. Perhaps a daily maintenance mopping is about all you can expect. For 1200 sq/ft floor area, remaining charge is 75%, so the battery should allow a large area with one charge cycle.

I have a 600 series Roomba (the type that just bounces around). It does a decent job, but I wanted something a little more advanced and wanted the mopping feature. I’ve been look at robot vacs for years. I knew what I wanted: LiDAR navigation, app that can map multiple floors, good suction, able to mop. Every vac that checked all those boxes was way too expensive. This one has all those features for a great price! I can’t compare the app to any other smart robot, but I have no complaints. Mopping feature works great, and vacuum picks up everything except for some corners. At this price point, this thing is an A+.

I have waited almost a year to purchase a vacuum/mop combo. The prices have kept me from making that purchase until now. Boy am I glad I did. My wife and I love this robot so far. It does exactly as it says. It sweeps and mops for us everyday and our floors have never been cleaner. We have a lot of dirt on our floors and spills and so I was curious how it would do. The reality is that it does not perfectly clean the floors. I actually never thought it would. After all it is using a pad to wipe stains up, and so not all of them will come up. That is what I expected. When I need to I break out the Swiffer spot mop and quickly remove the harder stains on the laminate floors. So if you are expecting everything to come up you will be disappointed. Maybe more expensive models will do that, I don't know. This is pefect for the price and the work it does. We were able to stop in from going into rooms we don't want. That has been great! It really is a neat machine. Pro: price, ease of setup and use, replacing the pads are easy, cleanest floors we have ever had. Joy in a good purchase. Cons- won't pick up every stain. However, you can easily finish the job in less than a minute with a swiffer mop! I highly recommend!!
