Waited a month for this battery to get here, tracking continually was vague in amazon and when I tracked the dhl number provided I got error codes. It showed up after the provided tome frame (the same day I was aloud to cancel the item ironically) and then would not charge to capacity. The provided charger turned green but it was still at only 52.3v (a full charge is 54). Then I couldn't easily return it and am now awaiting customer service to specially approve the return. This battery is a good one I almost didn't buy this battery because of the reviews I read about on it, customers reviews are important to other as well but wanted to see for myself and so far this battery is good for me, buyers sometimes will have to just try it for themselves instead of just reading the reviews on it but customers reviews are important to see how the product is because sometimes people get good or bad products but I thank u this company for this battery ... show more

    • It’s not what you get, but how it arrives
Bought this thinking it was a 48 volt 22 amp hour lithium ion battery, well it’s far smaller then the 48 volt 20 amp hour battery that I am replacing this with so I suspect that it may actually be a 36 volt lithium ion battery. But if it is a 48 volt lithium ion I doubt it is 22 amp hours. Now my first sign of problems was being contacted by the seller needing my phone number, as their logistic agent would not ship without it even though all the shipping info was already provided and a phone number should not have been needed. Now the last problem is that the merchant shipped the battery with a charger that has a cable that is a two pronged European plug, not an American 3 pronged 110/120 plug. The saving grace to that is, that the charger has a standard figure 8 plug that will allow me to use an American 3 prong 110/120 plug which I already have for another 48 volt lithium ion battery charger that does not have a barrel plug. Which means I can still figure out if what’s wrong with my ebike is in fact the battery, or something else. Either way be careful with ordering this battery, as it may not be what you need or wanted in size and capacity. ... show more

I don't know I fried it, wish I knew what I fried so I could fix it, I had to change the plug on the end and I crossed the wires and it went ark, and I went uhoh, and I never got the chance to even try it boohoo, but the price was fair and the shipping was fine
