We used this electric heater like it's part of the family. It takes the chill off in my downstairs TV family room. This room is 23X12 in a split level house. So there is no doors to keep in all the heat, but it is very comfortable. Plus, it is very quiet!!!!! I wish my furnace was this quiet.

Simple to set up. I didn’t think I would like this as much as I do. It’s winter now and i use it most every day. The heater is nice & Has different settings depending on your comfort level. It has several colors to choose from, but I typically leave it on orange, the most lifelike. It’s cool to the touch so no worries about kids and pets. This is so much better than a more expensive one we purchase 2 years ago but quit working. The flame and log set up is pleasant and realistic. It discharges heat forward as opposed to upward as our last unit. This makes it more effective.

The fireplace creates the ambience that we were looking for. It looks great. The low height fits perfectly under the window where we wanted to place it. It was easy to work with to build a wooden mantel. We don’t use the heat much, but it warms nicely and it’s pretty quiet too.

The media could not be loaded. This ended up being perfect for my bedroom and sits nicely under my TV. I like that you can keep the flame on without using the heat function and it has several different flame colors and brightnesses to choose from. Since the heat comes from the front i make sure i pull it away from my TV several inches before using so i dont damage my TV. Its also nice that it can be installed in the wall if needed or you can put the feet on the bottom and have it stand on its own. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I particularly ordered this because I liked the percentage of glass/fire there is. The majority of the other fireplace I viewed have a large frame and very little visible "fire". I have the flame on most of the day since it's winter in Wisconsin. Rarely do we use the heat, but when we do, it projects nicely and heats quickly. This was delivered fast, was very easy to assemble and I love that there is a remote and buttons on the unit.
