My old slim and lightweight Thule laptop messenger bags strap tore off after two years and I needed a replacement. Thule couldn't replace the bag since it isn't made anymore and offered me to choose any comparable bag and I chose this one after much research. The straps on this new model is sewn on much sturdier and I don't see why this bag won't last a long time. This bag fits my needs perfectly as a person in the tech field. It even has a luggage strap to attach to my carry-on when traveling for business. Really nice quality, as all Thule Products. Nevertheless, I do require the next size. I use this one for short trips, and daily use. If you put too much stuff in it, it start to get uncomfortable.

It fits my MacBook just right. Nice padding and the color inside is not black (like every other case I have ever gotten) so you can see if something is lurking inside! Such as a charger that is also black.

Its Ok. This is the 2nd Thulle I own. Ordered it for my new Samsung Notebook 9 15" but finally I store it in the 13,5" Thulle already had. It fits very much Ok and I enjoy more than the Subterra. I don't blame the manufacturer, as I had seen the pictures before placed the order. I will probably use it for my other larger HP Envy which is 15,6". I wish it had more partitions and pockets.

Mediocre case. About its only virtue is slimness. The front zip pocket (the smaller one) only opens along the top, so if you're expecting to store knicknacks like power packs, pens etc. in there, don't expect to have a fun time doing it. The pocket inexplicably does not open along the top and down the sides, which would make it open wider and make it much more convenient to insert/remove things. Oh no. This one forces you to jam your hand down in from the top, so not only is putting things in tough, but retrieving them means you're hunting. Speaking of hunting. This thing has almost no pockets. Everything is jammed into a couple different compartments, so finding your pens, or power pack, or earphones, or adapters, or whatever - is always an exercise in removing other things first to get to what you want. The designers lack common sense. Style trumps all else here, but it isn't even that stylish, just plain black and relatively slim. Disappointed.
