I switched to this specific brand after reading that iron bisglycinate is supposed to be much easier on the digestive system, and honestly, the difference has been night and day compared to the cheap ferrous sulfate tablets I used to buy. These capsules are quite small, making them very easy to swallow, and I haven't experienced any of the dreaded nausea or constipation that usually plagues me with iron supplements. I really appreciate that Thorne is NSF certified, which gives me some peace of mind regarding purity and ingredients. That said, the cost is significantly higher per serving than what you’d find at a standard drugstore, which is the only reason I’m docking a star. However, if you have a sensitive stomach like I do, the extra expense is probably worth it to avoid the discomfort

Got this to help correct some nutrition gaps as I was doing a vegetarian keto diet for a bit. 25mg (139% of the RDA seemed like a good amount; enough to help and no so much I would tix myself. Capsule is small and easy to take, and it works well (labs are now good). I like this brand a lot; nice quality, fair price. Recommend.
