Life changer. I have never left an Amazon review but I genuinely appreciate what this product has done for me so much that I wanted to share. I’m in my 30’s, and for my entire adult life I do not recall ever feeling rested. Even if I slept 12 hours - I felt tired ALL day. I took all types of supplements, I eat a plant based diet and I am active - yet nothing made a difference. (Insert magic wand) I take these minerals about 20/30 minutes before I’m ready to go to bed and by that time I feel extremely relaxed. BEFORE purchasing this product I would stay up watching TV or reading way past “bed time” because I could not quiet my mind enough to “rest”. Not only that, but I would get up often throughout the night to use the restroom or simply wake up to toss and turn. Then I would wake up for work - hit snooze 3 times - and then feel tired all day until it was time to repeat. Now, I wake up refreshed. I feel much clearer throughout the day and I’m not hitting snooze. I want to be really clear - This product has not made me want to run sprints all day - it’s not “energy” producing for me. OK everyone...LISTEN UP! Are you tired all the time? Addicted to facebook? Constipated? Does your dog avoid you? Your husband? Can't get the energy up to cook anything because of brain fog? Does your roof need fixing and is your laundry piled to the ceiling? Can't get dishes done for days at a time? Do you feel hungry all the time, yet somehow under nourished? Well that was me. I know, I know, I'm probably a special needs case, and you all are brimming with vim and vigor. But, on the off chance that someone out there can relate to any of this, then let me tell you how MaryRuth Organics vitamins AND minerals have probably saved my life. I have suffered with chronic insomnia for over 30 years, and now I'm sleeping all through the night. That right there makes the products worth their weight in gold. My appetite was all over the map, yet I lacked the energy to even prepare a single meal for the last 3 years. That's leveling out, WAHOO! Each day I feel a little better a little more energetic and my laundry is all caught up. No more constipation, and my husband notices that I'm in a better mood. I feel nourished and tell everyone who will listen about this product. My roof was ok, so that's not an issue, and we don't have a dog, but, if we did I'm sure I could walk him/her now. What I'm most excited about is that this stuff really works! I can't say it will save your marriage or get your kids to toss out their cell phones and dance in the kitchen while helping you with dishes, but, they'll sure be in a better mood. We are a seriously malnourished world. Full, some of us, yes, but malnourished. Simply drinking these vitamins in a glass of water in the a.m. and slugging a nice, yummy gulp of coconut minerals before bed makes my body bow down and say, "thank you, thank you, thank you...now I can get better", which is not something my body was saying before, I assure you. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. But, if this is my one and only chance to sing the praises of this fantastic product, then pop over to their web site.     • Made my warts disappear!

I have always had a hard time being consistent about taking supplements because I never notice a difference when I'm on them. I believe in healing the body with proper nutrition and believe that supplements can help. I've taken many multivitamins and supplements over the years, but I've never experienced any quantifiable results until I tried the Triad of Health (MaryRuth's Liquid Morning Multivitamin + Liquid Nighttime Multimineral + Liquid Plant Based Probiotics). When I started taking the Triad of Health it was in an effort to improve the health of my family. I made a concoction of apple juice, the liquid morning multivitamin, and the daily liquid probiotics for everyone to drink in the morning and a concoction of apple juice and liquid nighttime multimineral for us to drink in the evening. My husband and I take a full dose of each and I give the kids each a half dose. I like the fact that it is a liquid which makes it easier to get my kids to take it. I have had warts on my hands (and more recently my feet) since I was a small child. I have applied creams, taken homeopathic remedies, wrapped them in duct tape, banana peel, garlic, had them professionally burnt off, etc... largely without success. At the time that I started MaryRuth's products, I had 6 warts on my feet and a large wart on my thumb. I had had two of the warts on my feet for at least 7 years and they were HUGE. One started as a blister on my little toe and literally grew so big that it covered my entire toe, including under my toenail (I had been trying to kill it about 6 months before I began taking these products and it started fighting back which resulted in it tripling in size, at which point I gave up...) and one was a giant plantar wart on the side/bottom of my foot. Within two to three weeks of consistently taking your products, my warts started to disappear. The first to go was the wart on my thumb. I thought it might have been a fluke and might have gone away because it was my newest wart (maybe 6-9 months old) and it was right on the joint so I continually ripped it off and aggravated it by using my hands (imagine that), but then the giant one on my little toe disappeared and soon after the giant plantar wart disappeared and all the others followed. It was truly amazing! Even more so, because I was not taking your products to get rid of my warts nor have I seen any testimonials that mentioned warts! It just proves how powerful nutrition is. I have never heard of getting rid of warts with nutrition (it just always seemed like some people get them and some don't...), but it now makes sense that my body was missing something that it needed (maybe it was the minerals?...) despite decades of healthy eating and taking vitamins and nutritional supplements. I have never felt compelled to write a review/recommendation of a supplement until now, but I want to spread the word because these products truly are miraculous! ... show more

ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS.. I get night sweats and muscle spasm wake up for no reason in the middle of the night and have menopause always tired for not sleeping properly.... I wonder how i slept at all... sick and tired of meds I wanted something natural. so i try this product out... Again was impressed... my night sweats drop down to once a week. my muscles have improved greatly less muscle spasm .. and my menopause (What's that? ) forgot i had it :).. will buy again!!! ... show more
