I love shredded memory foam pillows. That’s the type of pillow I use at home, but I’ve never taken a pillow camping until now. I prefer a hammock when backpacking and usually just roll up a fleece jacket or something to lay my head on. Got the small size of this to try it out and it’s absolutely perfect. I’ve never been more comfortable in a hammock. It feels just like my pillow at home except smaller. It’s kind of bulky in the stuff sack, so I just shove it in the very bottom of my pack without the sack and compress it with everything I put in on top of it. Worth every ounce of the extra weight in my pack!

Super comfortable, it comes in a cushiony more condensed form for those wanting a soft, travel-sized pillow. For those who like their travel pillow with more bulk to the foam padding the directions advise how to wash the pillow to achieve more fluffy height and depth. The pillow will still fit inside the convenient travel bag which is included. My only regret is not buying two rather than just the one.

After reading other reviews, I was somewhat hesitant but made the purchase anyway. I kind of wish I had gotten the large instead of medium. But it worked fine on my week long camping trip. Despite what some other reviewers said, I found. It easy to roll up and put back into the bag. I like how compact it is and that it didn’t take up too much room in my gear pack. I only have one pic that shows the pillow, but it will give you an idea of its size (medium) in comparison with the cot and sleeping bag. It doesn’t give great support or comfort, but it’s not bad. I didn’t wake up with a headache or my neck hurting, but it’s definitely something I would only use for camping and road trips.

Have used it 4 times, I became a trucker in 2020-mid2022 so haven't gone out camping as much as I'd like:( lightweight, compresses in the stuff stock wonderfully. It's a but lumpy when you take it out so fluff it up and let it lay on hammock well before going to bed and good to go. Very comfortable! One isn't enough for me personally, so I have 2 and it goes hard!

I bought this pillow to replace an inflatable that lost air and went flat overnight. Unlike the size and this pillow is pretty comfortable. However, it does not pack away very well. It is huge in my backpack, taking up way too much room. I want a comfortable pillow for remote trips but I cannot sacrifice so much room for this luxury. If you are using it for travel where room isn’t an issue, then I think you will be happy. If you go back-country and need a small pillow, look for another option. I am.
