I used magnesium for a long time but I didn't know that they are false advertisement because they did not describe magnesium amount of a serving as elemental magnesium. So my calcium intake is more than Magnesium. When my bone density is not improved and a bone spur under my foot, I looked up google and found out the mistake. I choose this one because it clearly said about elemental magnesium per serving and no fillers. Next year my bone density test will evaluate the value of my choice.

Difficult to review the supplement itself but it arrived quickly, on time and appears to be a clean good supplement. Started taking it the night I got it to help with sleep and circadian rhythms.

I like this form of magnesium. My research showed me that this type of magnesium is easy on the digestive system and is well absorbed into the body. I take 3 capsules a day - morning, afternoon and night. When I'm not taking this supplement, or when I'm not getting enough magnesium, I get foot cramps in the night. But, I don't have the foot cramps when I'm taking this supplement. It's doing a great job, and I have no digestive upset. I can take it with food or without. I'm very pleased with this product.
