Wow, what a game changer! I started taking this about a month ago, after hearing Dr Brownstein's recommendations. (I HIGHLY recommend listening to him on YouTube, and buying his books here on Amazon.) I have had some painful cysts spontaneously growing through the years. I had a few removed, but was told by my doctor that "no one knows what the cause is" and that "there is no cure." Well, I got tired of dealing with them, especially when one developed on the side of my knee joint. Ouch! So the search began. When I heard Dr Brownstein's information on iodine deficiency and it's relation to cysts, I was hopeful. I got these and took one a day of 250mcg. Well, they are shrinking! I listened to his recommendations again today and realized that I can easily up my dose. So, I will start taking 2 a day. So far so good. I love the natural source of this supplement. I will update later. Update: It's been a while, and I've gradually increased my daily dose of iodine. After reading Dr Brownstein's books on both iodine and UNREFINED salt, I've increased my use of them both, and have added the rest of the co-factors in his iodine protocol. The truth is, we need much more salt and iodine than we've been led to believe. I highly recommend those books, btw! (Salt Your Way to Health, and Iodine: What it is and Why You Need It, by Dr David Brownstein.) Still slowly but steadily getting results. Two out of ten cysts are almost completely gone. I should probably clarify: I switched from the 250 mcg to 1500 mcg, and settled on 2-4 of those per day, in addition to the Lugol's liquid formula. The liquid is great and it's easier to get enough milligrams, (not micrograms) but I love what this formula does for me, so I take them both. It seems to be benefitting me in other ways too, like stronger hair and nails and skin becoming more clear. It must be the sea veggies and other herbs that it contains.:) I think increasing the daily dose has resulted in a couple of the more stubborn cysts to start shrinking and draining. I felt slightly unwell for a couple days, even felt like I had a low grade fever, then lo and behold, one of the cysts sort of popped and started draining. It didn't just shrink. It was the largest, most painful one I had, so no complaints there! Hmmm....that was interesting. It's almost gone now. I think this stuff is even helping my body de-tox. .

This is my second bottle of this organic iodine I do feel the rough spots in my feet definitely getting softer that is one thing I have noticed I read that is good for hair falling but so far my hair still falling about the same way i also read that is good for balancing hormones for menopause but I still have hot flashes but I do want to mention that they are not that frequent as I use to get them I will continue taking them and see what happens. I have not noticed any side effects I like the product because is clean and organic.

I'm taking this to keep my body as well as I possibly can I'm trying to turn back the clock and heal... This is much better than taking the drops in my opinion although I do use the lugals drops on my arm when I get out of the bathtub until it absorbs It's a matter of how long it tastes to absorb which tells your body how much you need if it goes quickly that means you need more if it stays there you have plenty is what I was told anyway who knows if it's true but it's obvious when mine doesn't go away very quick This oral iodine is better in my opinion Thank you so very kindly

Yes. If a person knows anything about iodine, it doesn’t take much, so one capsule a day is more than enough and eliminates all kinds of medical problems that occur from not having any iodine in your system. So, you need to take iodine . Without you can get gorgeous and other things like that, if you don’t have iodine in your system. Your body can have all kinds of problems. So I recommend you order some and take it.
