I'm 29 years old turning 30 in a few months, Male, 6'5, 260-290LBS. Bought for multiple reasons. Sleep improvement, leg cramps at night, heart strength, anxiety, no wide variety diet. 1 week of taking the 420mg serving(2 pills) at night before bed. May or may not update review further. 1 hour after taking: - Muscle tension relaxes, my legs aren't restless, and my knees don't noticeably ache as much. - Anxiety calms down. - ADHD brain calms down a bit. Next day: - Much better muscle soreness recovery than when I wasn't taking it. - Back didn't hurt as much. - Heart didn't feel as weak as it has been for a while now, pumping strong. (Occasional heart pains, doctor couldn't find anything) 1 week of use: - Continue to see the same benefits. - No leg cramps at night. - Still no improvement to sleep restfulness but falling asleep has been easier. Possibly sleep apnea which I need to do a sleep study for sometime within the next year. Here comes the obnoxious pilot oxygen mask... yippee... Conclusion: - Will continue to take as I have received beneficial improvements to my life taking it over a short period already. - Pills are a close to uncomfortable to swallow with how large they are but you do what you gotta do. - Would recommend for the first night try just 1 pill and see how it goes before taking 2. - Would recommend doing tests first with your doctor to see what you're missing before taking supplements. Since this is full strength, I only take half a dose ( 1 capsule ) to help me sleep at night along with 5 MG melatonin. Most nights, I sleep very soundly and a couple hours longer than I used to.
