These are great for sleep. I’ve tried melatonin and it’s never worked well for me, so I was shocked at the difference magnesium made in my sleep. I’m now staying asleep all night instead of waking up every couple of hours, and I’m dreaming every night so I know I’m sleeping deeply! I bought this a while back and took them all before bed. I found that I started sleeping better right away. (No more 3am bathroom trips that kept me up the rest of the night. I could go back to sleep.) When I ran out, I tried another popular brand. I was SO disappointed with that other brand. Simultaneously, I ordered a nighttime drink with Magnesium to help with sleep. It was recommended that my daughter take Magnesium and B2 for her headaches and so we ordered these after reading reviews. Not sure that anything is necessarily wrong with these but they didn't seem to help her headaches at all.
