Been taking Magnesium for a while (usually Citrate) for the benefits during fitness training. I wanted to try Glycinate and the first night I slept so well. Obviously, you can't see what supplements do to you inside but I believe this is working as intended.

Have been taking these daily before bed for several weeks now and I do think they have made a difference. I have been supplementing d3 and b12 for a some time but this mag helps everything work in sync. I have not noticed any difference in regards to using the restroom. I started with just 1 pill for a few days and then 2 after that before bed and I think I do sleep better. Hard to say for sure but I do think it has also helped with mood regulation and keeping anxiety at ease. I plan to continue to take these.
