I started taking a lose dose iodine (150mcg) to help with my cold feet. I noticed that my breasts got softer. I have lumps from my breast reduction surgery and hard breast issue. My breasts were hard ever since I started developing. It was just something I live with and monitored. I had no idea that was a potential benefit of taking iodine. I started researching the benefits of iodine and decided to purchase this product. I take about 12 mg A-day. I took the product for 2 weeks before my 1st cycle, on the iodine, started. I had decreased PMS, Zero cramping, And zero bloating. But for tracking my cycle, I probably would have had an accident because I had No symptoms. It just came on and was light!!!!! Little did I know, I was in for the surprise of a lifetime. My cycle was 75% less fluid. It was pretty much over by day 3. It had gotten to the point where I would go through one Box of ultra 26 tampons, per cycle, plus pads for bleed through. I am still on 1 box and I've had my 2nd cycle on iodine. For my 2nd cycle, I wasn't taking my iodine as regularly, as the first cycle. I kept reading about over use and wanted to pull back. I did not have any symptoms of too much iodine but you know how the main stream medicine can get to you. ANYWAYS.. My 2nd cycle had some cramps but nothing serious. You know like the kind of cramps you can feel in your feet? Absolutely nothing like that. No bloating, no extreme sugar cravings. I was LITERALLY unbothered by my 1st cycle. 2nd one was 1 of 10. I popped some extra iodine and helped my symptoms go away. My breasts are brand new! I don't recognize them. The fibrotic tissue is gone. They are softer and rounder. This is the best iodine there is, in my opinion. I’ve gone back to this one after tossing one with glycerin, after I learned that glycerin demineralizes teeth by wearing away the enamel. An excellent holistic dentist told me this. So why is glycerin in most toothpaste?

Ahh 4.5 to be exact, it improves the reduction calcium carbonate in the body. Taste like it smells, light, as of the 10th day of liquid versus pills overwhelming for this through actions.

I have been taking this product for several months. Like other reviewers mention, it is iodine and it doesn't have the best flavor. But, after a few days I became accustom to it. I do use 3 ounces of water and put the drops in the water then swish it around in my mouth and then drink it down. After reading the book: Iodine : Why You Need It, Why You Can't Live Without It - by David Brownstein. I increased my daily dosage to 9 drops a day. After 3 days I began to notice an increase in my energy and that I was sleeping better at night. I am one of the many people, who were deceived by "iodiophobia" (the fear of iodine) not realizing many of the symptoms I had, correlated to an Iodine deficiency, not the other things that doctors said I had! I am totally sold on the benefits of Iodine... and if you have any reaction, it's probably the detox that can happen when you finally start taking Iodine. I saw one reviewer talk about having an "allergic reaction" ... I would assume what she was actually dealing with was her body beginning to "DETOX" the bad chemicals out of her body. Iodine will help your body DETOX the bad chemicals out of your body! I had not idea that it would do this for you! I think everyone should read Dr. Brownstein's book! It's life changing. I will take Lugol's Iodine DAILY for life! ... show more

I like this iodine for being cheaper than most and it has potassium iodide with it as well. I would recommend like they said to take. It tastes sweet to me. It gives me an awakeness when I take it in the morning every day. So far I have not had any side effects, so it must be good. Try using a drop to make sure you are not allergic to it. I know some people that are allergic to iodine, so be careful when taking any iodine or supplements for that matter. You should drink something after you let it sit on your tongue for a minute. That's what I do. I let it sit on my tongue and don't swallow. After about a minute I drink something down with it. They recommend water but I know people that will drink juice or those flavored waters. Must buy. I recommend this iodine supplement. ... show more
