  • Pricey but high quality
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
A little pricey but really great quality vitamins. Definitely need to take with food because they do have a funky smell that make me a little queasy if I don't eat.

  • High-Quality Multivitamin That Actually Works
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been taking these Thorne multivitamins for about three months now, and I intentionally waited to write a review so I could give an honest, informed opinion. I have to say, I genuinely feel a difference since starting them. Overall, I feel more balanced—my energy levels are more consistent throughout the day, and I’m not dragging by mid-afternoon like I used to. One downside is having to take two pills daily. I wish the dose was just one, but it's manageable. Also, I’ll be honest: the smell isn’t great when you first open the bottle. It caught me off guard at first, but you do get used to it over time. That said, the quality of ingredients and the noticeable improvement in how I feel make it worth it for me. I’ve tried quite a few multivitamins, and this one stands out. If you’re looking for a high-quality, effective daily vitamin and don’t mind a slightly earthy scent, this is a solid choice that will make you feel good. ... show more

  • Great multivitamin...if you can tolerate it
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
Good: Decent, honest vitamin/mineral stack. Imho excessively high B12 and chromium doses, but quite good otherwise. (I say "honest" because the Thorne product does not pad its ingredient list with dozens of dubious plant extracts in doses far too small to be useful - an annoying trend in this market.) Thorne's claims of quality and bioavailability seem to be on target; I definitely notice the difference when I skip taking them for a few days. Bad: You definitely don't want to take these on an empty stomach. I popped two immediately after I received my first order, and that was the first and last time I did so. They're easily tolerated if you take one each with morning and evening meals. Get more than an hour or so away from meal time, however, and you can count on a bout of queasiness. Price is about mid-range for similar stacks from other brands, but their claimed quality control might make it worth the higher price. Ugly: Oh dear god, that SMELL! It isn't like B vitamins smell all that good to start with, but opening one of these bottles is like stepping into an organic chemical factory. I find it hard to believe they can't find a way to mitigate this. Bottom line: Once you find a way to choke it down, this seems to be pretty good stuff. I definitely have more energy and focus when taking it regularly. They have to do something about the smell and taste though. Five stars, barely. ... show more

  • Noticeable results in 2 months
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
I’ve been using these for about 2 and a half months now, and I have to say I’ve noticed a huge difference in the way I feel. I feel more energetic, and even my cognitive focus seems to be much better. It’s true they’re not the most pleasant smelling/tasting things, but honestly what vitamin doesn’t have a weird smell, and how long are you holding these in your mouth before you swallow them?! I do think the 25,000% B12 is a little overkill, but your body will just get rid of what it doesn’t need (don’t be alarmed if your first bathroom visit looks like Mello Yello LOL). As far as people complaining of upset stomach, I’ve been taking these immediately after eating breakfast every day for 2.5 months, and have not had a single day where my stomach was upset. Either these people are taking them on an empty stomach, or they have something else going on. ... show more

  • TOXIC AMOUNT OF vitamin B MADE ME VERY SICK, BEYOND FLAT AND DEPRESSED.
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
These are dangerous, and if I could give a no stars rating into the negative, I would do it. Ib will preface this by saying that everyone is different, but the fact that this can happen, and I now see other people have experienced this in the reviews, this product needs to be taken off of the market before it causes organ damage or death. I got this for myself and I also gave it to my husband over the course of about 2weeks. To start off, they smell horrendous. I was ok with this as theyv complain methylated forms of vitamins, and other good stuff, but it is a rotten sulfur smell. At first I did not have any burps or taste or it coming up and either did my husband. We both noticed within 2 hours of using these vitamins we were urinating neon yellow. As the week went on and I took these every day, I started to get these sulfuric, vile smelling and tasting ur0s that I can only describe as ... Like sour, rotting corn mash smell , like the smell of the vitamins in the bottle but so much intensified. Like imagine them rotting in my speech for some days that's exactly what was coming up. It felt like I had stomach rot. Constant air pains and when I would twist one way or another I could creep out another vile cursed burp of death. 😭. It was also coming out the other end in these explosive, painful, pressurized farts that sounded like paint splattering and I gave the neighbors a real audio show with that 😭. My husband slavledc on taking them and didn't get these effects. Into the second week, I started feeling extremely depressed and lethargic . I woke up and felt like my eyes couldn't open, like in didn't want to do it care about anything in the world. I felt so sad. My husband was telling me he felt the same way. We started wondering if we were getting that seasonal effective disorder because its the end of October. But this was a not normal feeling. It was very heavy. So bad. I started looking at everything we've been using and 8 logged on the been of these vitamins. Holy crap, they have like 25000 % B12 in them!!!! That is absolutely unheard of. I am aware that the human body can take a LOT of B12 but 25k percent.... THEN I READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. Do not take these vitamins unless you are a professional athlete or someone who has ran them by a medical professional face to face that is aware of the daily values in these. These would have a warning or be taken off the market. I felt so bad I was considering going to the hospital, but it finally started to subside after 4 days of not having them. Others in the reviews HAVE HAD TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL, so please, please beware and use with caution!!!! Shame on you, Thorne. I really love your products and I stan TF out of them. I've spent hundreds in a few months on their sgs mediclear system, they have great, effective formulas, but this is RECKLESS. ... show more

  • Start with ONE - consult a doctor - proceed informed.
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
TLDR - I would take the bottle in and discuss with your doctor. I'm not a Doctor, so don't take my word for it either. What I can say is I did some research, referred to Thorne's website and AI Chat. I've found some ingredients are surprisingly high. The good news is, you can likely take just 1 or skip a day. Again, everyone is different and your Doctor is the best guide. This MV appeared in many searches as one that has been tested and is high quality. While much praise online is dated, Thorne HealthTech Inc was purchased by L Catterton private equity. Did the formula change? I can't say, but it's good to know as we observe. Smell - yes, they had an aroma, but nothing that kept me from trying one. Dose - I said ONE. Please start here unless directed by your Doc. That said B12 is listed at 25,000% of Daily Value! A couple of things to note, yes that is high. I'm not sure why they don't even out some ingredients, Selenium, and Niacin, come to mind - and have truly deficient people buy individual supplements. Like me, most of us assume this is ideal for daily use to augment a variety of lifestyles. Vitamins and their forms are very complex and nuannced Ask a health pro, but with the many reactions in the reviews, it's clear that too much is not what you want. While the Thorne AI chat assured me the levels were safe on an idividual ingredinet basis, I think they have the potential cause issue that affect other levels in the body. Like throwing off Potassium, for example. Being that many complain about the price, it's nice to know I can just take one or one every other day to augment a nutritious diet. So after much research, exploration, and discussion. I will only take one a day, skipping a day here and there. That works for ME. Those with extreme deficiencies may have very different needs. I'll report back with any personal findings. I'd recommend taking WITH Food. Again, start with one. Don't add any new supplements for a while and monitor your health. Lastly, the human body is complex, vitamins are a nuanced and personal fit. Most of us are better off focusing on a solid diet, all of us would benefit from sharing our intent with a doctor. ... show more

  • A high quality multi
Size: 120 Count (Pack of 1)
I've ordered these multivitamins a few times now over the years and I keep coming back to them because, while they're more expensive than others, Thorne is a highly trusted brand. The level of bioavailable vitamins and minerals in this particular product really stands out. I personally don't notice any difference while taking them, but at 50 and conscious of my long-term health, I consider them insurance against what I'm likely missing from my diet alone. I do recommend taking them with food to avoid nausea. ... show more

  • Worth the price if you've dealt with B12 or folate deficiency
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1)
After some bloodwork showed deficiencies I did a lot of research before landing on this one. The difference with Thorne is they use methylcobalamin and methylfolate — the active forms your body actually absorbs and uses directly rather than the synthetic versions in cheaper multis that your body still has to convert, which not everyone does efficiently. Third-party certified and free of gluten, dairy and soy. Two capsules a day and my levels have improved noticeably. More expensive than drugstore options but when you're correcting an actual deficiency the bioavailability difference genuinely matters. ... show more
