Didn't realize that "door to door" delivery didn't mean I don't have to go to an Amazon facility to pick it up... it was dropped, literally, at my door. If I didn't have my furniture dolly handy, it would've been sitting on my front porch for almost a week before the install / haul away arrived. Freezer door hinge was bent. A dime sized dent in the refrigerator door aligned w/the 5" gouge on the shipping box. Ice tray is a joke; buy a real-life one and toss the supplied, toy like, tray into the recycling. Shelf adjustment is next to useless; top shelf is too high for a gallon of milk. Placing it on the next supports down, makes the lower shelf(s) barely high enough for a 12 oz. can of soda. It is not frost free or; auto defrosting... they actually supply a mini scrapper for de-icing the back wall of the refrigerator and inside of the freezer.     • Holds More than Expected & Maintains Correct Temp
Although our unit arrived with exterior damage and broken door storage shelves, it still works well and maintains the correct temp. The doors are opened many times a day but still stays cold enough. We like the design and amount of food it holds. The top freezer also has a separate door and is larger than most apartment-sized refrigerators we researched. The seller has responded to our communications and offered a full replacement, but we could not box it back up for shipping. We also cannot find the manufacturer or replacement parts and the seller does not know where to find them either. ... show more

The fridge is a good deal for the price. I received the fridge in good condition, no scratches or dents. At first I was worried it wasn't cooling properly. The instructions say to give it 4 hours but I think it takes more like 6-8 hours to cool. I find that I have to keep it at 5 (the coolest setting) and the other options aren't cool enough for me. I would recommend it if you are on a budget and are looking for a small fridge. I'd rate it 3.5. ... show more

This was purchased for my Father In Law who is living in an assisted care facility. He wanted something bigger than a mini fridge, but not a full size. This works out perfect!     • It’s alright
So a few things- we noticed it takes about 3 days to get cold at first. Also when you pack it with drinks (we use as outside garage fridge for drinks) it takes them about a day to get cold -again when you pack it with them. And it seems if drinks touch the back wall of fridge they freeze. Even with the temperature turned down. You get what you pay for and overall I’m happy. Just knowing the quirks we deal with it. Update- 6 months later and the freezer has stopped working and the refrigerator part is barely hanging on ... show more

Overall satisfaction, besides the damage done I guess during shipping. The padding is a bit thin for transporting something like this. Also plastic film is already ripped... Update** product is not of best quality the door is not very well put together it just comes off whenever you touch it. It's just a quick pull away from coming off. Gaskets are not sealing the door that well either. I would say to just go to home depot and buy the same type better quality.... ... show more
