This is the 3rd cell holder I've tried with my vehicle. The phone holder does not get in the way of the cup holder. It did take some work getting it to twist tightly into my vehicle because of how my vehicle cup slot is made, but once in I've had no issue. The phone does bounce a little but only when it's raised high. If you keep low it is pretty still. I would recommend it.

This is a very convenient little gadget which mounts the phone in a place that is not distracting while you drive (below the sight line) and you do not need to sacrifice a cup holder. The only feedback I would give is to make it a little more solid and less rickety. It trembles quite a bit even on the smoothest of road surfaces and moves about a bit despite being quite tightly installed. I'd buy it again, though, anyway. I love it.
