I made this huge purchase to use as motivation to work out every day, and so far, this is an absolute game-changer for me. I have been doing 30 minutes every morning and 30 minutes at night. 30 minutes on the treadmill is about 3000 steps while going at 2.6. It's not as loud as I expected. I was initially apprehensive when using it because of how narrow it was and also because there were no support handles, but I slowly got used to it. It is very sturdy but easy to move the machine around. The remote is lightweight and has a wrist strap. It has the option to start/stop and increase/decrease speed. The display on the treadmill shows the speed, distance, time, and calories. Loving it so far!

This Walking Pad is really space-saving and easy to move. I have the habit of exercising every day. In the summer, after dinner, I will go out and walk 10,000 steps. However, in other seasons, after returning home from get off work for dinner, it will be dark and it is not suitable to go out for a walk. Now that I have this Walking Pad, I can achieve my plan of walking 10,000 steps a day. When not in use, I put it under the table so it doesn't take up space. I can easily move it out when I need to use it. Especially suitable for families who don’t have extra space to put fitness equipment.

The media could not be loaded. First of all, this treadmill works quietly without making much noise. The material of the walking pad is great and seems to be pretty durable, and the walking pad is tight enough so that it does not budge when you use it. It is in a compact size, so you basically can just slide it underneath the couch. Overall, it is very good for its price.
