I made this huge purchase to use as motivation to work out every day, and so far, this is an absolute game-changer for me. I have been doing 30 minutes every morning and 30 minutes at night. 30 minutes on the treadmill is about 3000 steps while going at 2.6. It's not as loud as I expected. I was initially apprehensive when using it because of how narrow it was and also because there were no support handles, but I slowly got used to it. It is very sturdy but easy to move the machine around. The remote is lightweight and has a wrist strap. It has the option to start/stop and increase/decrease speed. The media could not be loaded. First of all, this treadmill works quietly without making much noise. The material of the walking pad is great and seems to be pretty durable, and the walking pad is tight enough so that it does not budge when you use it.
