  • Very satisfied with this purchase ✅
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been using this THERUN treadmill for a few weeks now, and honestly, it has exceeded my expectations. It arrived well-packaged and was extremely easy to set up—took me less than 20 minutes to get it running. What I love the most is how quiet it is. I live in an apartment, and I was worried about disturbing the neighbors, but the motor is barely noticeable, even when I increase the speed or incline. The auto incline works smoothly and really helps intensify the workout without having to stop. The display is large, clear, and shows everything you need: distance, time, calories, speed, and incline. The running belt feels stable and secure, even when I pick up the pace, and the overall build quality feels solid. Another big plus is how easily it folds and rolls away, which is perfect for me since I don’t have much space. The weight capacity also inspires confidence. Overall, it’s a solid, quiet, and very complete treadmill for home workouts. For the price, it offers a lot, and I’d definitely buy it again. Great for both walking and running. ... show more

  • Helps me reach my fitness goals Helps me reach my fitness goals
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
This treadmill checks so many boxes for me. It is super quiet, so I don’t disturb the rest of the household when I am using it. I enjoy that I can change the angle of the display, so I can use it to view other things on my personal devices and fight and boredom. It was easy to set up and the quality reminds me of expensive professional gym treadmills. Two cup holders - perfection! The incline lets me do whatever I need to and fits the multiple levels within my household. We have cold winters where I live, so this treadmill has allowed me to bring my walks and jogs indoors, instead of becoming a winter “couch potato”! Storing this treadmill is also very easy, a well thought out design functionality! ... show more

  • Perfect treadmill Perfect treadmill
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
I’ve been using this treadmill consistently and it’s exactly what I needed. The incline feature actually makes a difference for harder workouts, not just a gimmick, and it goes fast enough to support real running, not just walking or light jogging. It feels stable even at higher speeds, which is something a lot of treadmills get wrong. It’s smooth, reliable, and lets me push my cardio without feeling limited by the machine. Whether I’m doing incline walks or faster runs, it keeps up with no issues. Solid build, good performance, and worth it if you’re serious about training. ... show more

  • Slim design
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
Nice machine like the front panel can place 13 in. iPad up there to watch music videos or movies. The only I wish was longer length. When walking arms are swinging can hit the side bars I feel just a little longer walking pad it would be better

  • Great treadmill for home workouts Great treadmill for home workouts
Color: Red Size: Auto incline
I’ve been using this treadmill for a while now and it’s been a solid addition to my daily routine. The setup was straightforward and it feels sturdy during use. The running belt is wide enough to feel comfortable, even at a faster pace, and the cushioning helps reduce impact on my knees. The incline feature is a nice bonus and adds variety to my workouts without being complicated to use. I also like the display—it’s clear and easy to read, showing all the basic stats I need. It folds up easily, which is helpful for saving space at home. Overall, it does exactly what I need for walking and light running, and it’s been reliable so far. Definitely a good option for indoor fitness. ... show more

  • Does what it's supposed to do Does what it's supposed to do
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
Good treadmill if you are short. I'm 5 foot 5 and I barely fit on this treadmill. My youngest is 12 and fits perfectly on the treadmill. If you're taller than 5'5" I recommend you do a hard pass on this product. It does do what it's supposed to do. My only concern is that the belt slides a bit too much. Haven't seen anything on line on trouble shooting this issue. Machine is quiet so that's a plus. I would not recommend this machine since it's pretty small. Even for my height. Update, do not buy. Belt slides more than usual when the incline is up . Again, do not buy! ... show more

  • Great treadmill for the price! Great treadmill for the price!
Color: Light Orange Size: Auto incline
This no-named treadmill on the Amazon blurbs, known as "light orange," and printed "T12 Mute" on my actual treadmill and on the manual, is like a walking pad- treadmill hybrid as it is smaller than regular 55-60" running treadmill and, at almost 47", it's longer than the smaller 43" walking pad/treadmills. Warning, if a less expensive treadmill doesn't clearly list the length of the belt, it's probably a small 43" or less! They use AI to put a small person on the treadmill in the photo so the belt looks longer than it is! I'm 220, 5' 10" with long legs, and it's just long enough for a fast jog. If I was a serious runner with long legs, I'd try out some treadmills in a big box store, and see if you need a 55-60" long belted treadmill. I have a smaller space, and I'm a fast walker/light jogger, not a runner, so I went for this 47" long belt. Because it had 80% 5* comments (not the bogus 95+% comments from "comment mills" that pump out 5 star recommendations) I bought this around Black Friday for a deal. It comes well boxed, and was very easy to assemble by myself in leisurely 40 minutes. I had a friend help me carry the ~140 lb box from the front door to where I wanted it. You do not need to spend the extra, unnecessary $199 to pay for assembly, like the more complex treadmills require! I was alone after moving the boxed treadmill to its spot, so with the box flat, and the arrow indication which side was "UP",I opened the box, and raised the bottom end of the treadmill up and slightly over the side of the box, keeping it level and balanced, and then lifted the top end up and over the side part way, balancing it level. If you are going to put a rubber mat under the treadmill, now's the time to have it in place. Then I eased one end, then the other end, onto the ground, keeping it level. Assembly is really easy compared to other treadmills I assembled. It weighs about 125 lbs which is heavy for most folks, however 50-60" treadmills weigh 200-300 lbs! The Only tricky thing was hooking up the two ends of the control cable when putting on the top part. I did it myself, balancing it, while keeping scizzors in my pocket till I was ready to to cut the white plastic little zip tie that held the top of the cable to the side of the top of the upright bar. It'll be much easier if you've a helper just to hold the top LED panel while you put the two ends of the control cable together, as you add the top panel to the treadmill's upright arms. When you put the two ends of the cable together, just note that there's a raised prong on one, and a raised tiny "bump" on the other- mate the cables so the prong goes over the bump. The motor is really quiet compared to other treadmills. When you start walking on the belt, it has a "swish-swish" sound to it that's not loud. Before you read any further, before you use the assembled treadmill, check under the belt to see if it's dry or if there's a tiny bit of slightly sticky lubricant that comes off on your fingers. (My manual said the belt has been pre-lubricated, however it felt dry.) Unplug the machine for all these steps. As my treadmill belt felt dry, I called TheRun to find out what to do. I was told that since it felt dry, to apply all 20 ml of the little bottle of lube that comes with it, by (if you want, putting on a cheap rubber glove to keep oil off your hand) lifting up the belt, and applying lube, from both sides, from the middle of the belt out to the sides. Since you walk on the middle, get more on the middle of the flat plate under the belt. If you have big hands, and can't get your hand under the belt, then loosen BOTH tension bolts at the end of the machine by the SAME number of turns (6-15 or so as needed), counterclockwise, to loosen the belt's tension, to slide your hand under. Then apply the lube, middle of the plate towards the motor/front, center of plate heading to outer edge, on one side of the plate, and then do the same to the other side of the plate. Do the same about a foot or so back from this first lube spot. Then tighten the belt back up by the same number of turns of the tension bolts, clockwise, that you earlier loosened the belt, to re-tension the belt. The TheRun manual tell how often to lube the belt. The person at TheRun said to use "dimethyl silicone," not just cheaper generic "100% silicone." Different thickness/viscosities of this oil can be found. Buy a good one that has a (CSTt) viscosity of around 300, not a cheaper one that has the watery cSt of 1 or so. It's a longer lasting lubricant that better handles heat and stress of walking/running than generic "100% silicone." The manual says the belt's tension should such that you can lift both sides of the belt at the middle by 2-3 inches (50-75 mm). Then let the lube soak in and distribute, by running the treadmill at 2-3 MPH for a few minutes alone, then walk on the treadmill for a few minutes at maybe 2-3 MPH to let the lube soak into the belt. Check the two sides of the belt to be sure the belt is the same distance from the side rails. If the belt is too close to one side, then turn the tension bolt 1/4 turn clockwise on that side, and then walk on the treadmill to see if it evened out both sides. Repeat as necessary, however don't overtighten the belt. Be sure you don't plant your heel or toe first on the belt, but position your body so mostly the midportion of your foot strikes first on the belt, in a rolling motion, so you toe is the last to leave the surface of the belt.. This best happens when you put your chest/belly about 1 foot or so from the top front of the LED console, so the foot strike is about a foot or so from the top of the belt, rather than getting that first foot strike in the middle of the treadmill. Play around, and find your sweet spot. If this is your first treadmill, DO NOT step on the belt when it's not running, then start the machine. This stresses the motor. Not good. Instead, put the orange safety clip on your clothing, stand with your feet apart, one foot on one thin metal side rail (not the belt!) , the other on the other side rail, and start the machine at, say 0.5 to 1 mph or so, and let it get to that speed. THEN, hold onto the side handles for safety, being prepared to walk at this speed, start walking on this slower moving belt. Your treadmill's motor will thank you, and have longer life. Once you get the hang of it, you can start the treadmill at a higher speed, as you know how to start off at a faster pace! The electronic incline is what sets it apart from a regular manual incline treadmill- rather than running faster, raising the incline lets you run "harder" and burn the calories! While you are walking/jogging, it's easy to set it higher or lower. I like an incline of 2-3%. I'll build up to a higher incline in time. Rather than trying to jog/light run fast-the incline will give you a workout-vary the incline and see the sweet spot for you. I really like using the Programmed P1-P12 sets of exercises that, during your walk/jog/run, vary the speed and the incline. It keeps things from being boring! It has 12 built in programs, and you can add 3 more that you customize. You can set the time of your run/walk, or set the # of calories that you want to burn. There are 10 "segments" to each set. Nicely, it gives a "beep" as it goes from one to another of the ten segments within a particular program. Bonus-if you want to alter one of the ten sections to be faster/slower, higher/lower, you can do it for that section, and when it goes to the next section, it sticks to the program. I really like that flexibility as I work up to both endurance and speed. There's that narrow gap on both sides of the belt-there's a lip that could catch the top of a thin shoe-not really a problem for me in sneakers/running shoes. NEVER run barefoot or in socks! From time to time, over the next 3-6 months, check that the gap is the same on both sides. ... show more

I’ve been using this treadmill for a few days now, and I’m really impressed. The brushless motor makes it super quiet — I can run early in the morning without worrying about waking anyone up. The auto incline up to 12% adds a great challenge, and it transitions smoothly between levels. The treadmill feels sturdy and stable. I also love how compact it is — it fits perfectly in my house and can be easily moved when needed. The setup was straightforward, and the display is easy to read with all the key stats. Overall, it’s a great balance between performance, quietness, and size. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a high-quality treadmill for home use without taking up a ton of space. ... show more
