The equipment is solid and really heavy. Got help from my wife to help assemble it but its easy to assemble just solid. Tools need to assemble came with it. So far it has been quiet using it. i am on the plus side and i don't hear the springs complaining. Size is not too bulky so i place it near my media room so i can watch entertainment while exercising. Strength wise there are some options depending on your needs.

I'm so happy I finally got to buy this equipment. I started searching of what type of equipment should I use, since I can't run a lot because a knee injury I got years ago, but with this type of exercise machine, I get to keep my body in shape. The equipment is easy to assemble, it comes with the tools and with the instructions. I have been using for e couple of days now, it doesn't make any noise and with the little wheels that it has, I can transport it easily around the house. I highly recommend it.

So I normally do not buy exercise machines on Amz. I have bought a ton of little exercise stuff but not a machine. I guess because I'm always afraid that it wont' come in not damaged or have issues. Anyhow, over covid, I'm not proud to say I gained like 20+ pounds. I guess I just let myself go and didn't notice. Well I realized I couldn't fit in most of my clothes and because of it I didnt want to go out and would hide in my house even more. Well it got pretty pathetic. So finally I decided to join a nearby gym. I think I went for like 3 days and then I just felt really self conscious because other people are there. So I was talking to my doctor and he said really I dont need any elaborate. He said I can pretty much just walk everyday and it would make a difference. The thing is in Louisiana you cannot walk outside in this crazy heat! So I needed something easy, something in the house with a/c. Also, I need something that was not complicated, like I did not have to watch a video to do. So this is how I came upon this. At first, I thought I'll hate it and wont keep up as I'm easily unmotivated. So it turns out I should have started this a long time ago. The reason that I dont even notice I'm exercising! I have this in my living room in front of the tv. So I don't allow myself to watch my favorite shows unless I'm on this machine. So while i'm watching tv, i'm using this and time just passes by. before long, I've been on this thing 45 minutes! It is super super easy to use. There was no learning of any kind. I didn't have to watch any tutorial or anything. I didn't have to follow some plan. I literally just step on it and start walking while my show is on. For those of you who struggle like me to find the motivation, try a machine like that and pair it with someone you like. By the way, I did not get a treadmill because I hate running. Also, I read that this was much better because it's kind of a cross between climbing and walking.

I've used it for a few days now. I think it made a good addition to my home gym. It's quiet. The pulse reader is a really great feature. Putting it together was difficult at first because I didn't realize there was a video. I also had an issue with one of the bolts and nuts for the attaching the arm bars to the bottom of the machine because the nut wasn't properly threaded all the way through. I contacted the seller and they mailed me the replacement parts really quickly and shared the video with me. I got them within a few days and it was really easy to get it together. I love a company that response quickly and makes things right. I really look forward to getting some good cardio on this machine!

The box came in earlier than what was previously communicated when the order was placed. I’ve been using the machine for about 10 days now and I’m in love how it is powerful, compact and quiet. I had a Nordictrack elliptical last year which was great and all, but this one is much cheaper and built better. It is also much easier to move around. I recommend!

This elliptical came in box very well packaged, omg it was very hard to take it out from the box, seller did great job on box-ing it if the delivery guy would just throw it up and down it wold never brake LOl. Assembly was not that hard it came with all screws and stuff so no need to worry for anything just get help to get it out of the box 😂. Otherwise elliptical is very good we really like it 👍
