Great smaller size treadmill

When it arrived, it was very easy and quick to put together. Most of it was already put together and just needed a few screws put in. Now let me start by saying this is perfect for me because I am short. I am only 5’2 and 120lbs. I knew this treadmill was a little bit smaller, but that was what I was looking for. The screen is easy to read and program. This treadmill does not make much noise at all and is very quiet. It does incline nicely and so far I put the speed up to 3.6 and it works perfectly. I use this for walking everyday (I don’t run/jog). This has been a great treadmill. If you are taller/larger then this may not be a good fit for you because the handles don’t adjust higher (if you like holding them as you walk). Also, the length of the treadmill might not work if you had long legs. Overall I highly recommend this treadmill for anyone that is not too tall and looking for a simple treadmill that has incline.

I actually can't believe this is priced like this.

OK. I have been on a LOT of treadmills. I want to give you the pros and (limited) cons of this. But, hear me out. When I make a rating on a review, I'm not comparing apples to oranges. Meaning, I won't give a Kia 3 stars because I've been in a Ferrari. You have to consider what you're getting, the price you're paying for it, and the overall value. First off, this is very easy to put together. It takes some time only because screwing things in takes time. But, that said, the parts are packaged in a tight pack and you know you have exactly what you need in there. The directions are very clear on how to put this together. And.. it all works. The holes are aligned where they need to be, and all tools you need are included. So let's talk about the treadmill itself. If anyone tells you this is hard and feels like you're walking or jogging on asphalt... they're wrong. I run on asphalt 4x a week. This has shock absorption for sure. Maybe not the amount you get on an expensive gym treadmill... but remember.... Ferrari vs Kia (and Kias can be REALLY good). The controls are intuitive and clear. The fact that you have quick starts for various inclines and speeds are awesome. The ease of how this folds up and sets up for your use... unbelievably easy. A concern I had was whether this was too short on the handles to be of use. They are easy to grab on to if needed. And, the reality... is that you aren't going to grab them while you jog the whole time. They're there if you need in an emergency (think about it.. you don't jog with side bars). The only cons I have experienced so far is that the length of the belt is not that long. BUT... that is by design. This is supposed to be compact. I never felt like I was in danger of running out of room at all. Just stay moving up front. The width was MUCH easier to stay in line with than I thought it would be. Everything is bright. It was all clear. The safety has to be magnetically attached for it to start. But you don't NEED to attach/use it. All in all, I'm pretty AMAZED you can get this treadmill for the cost. 20 years ago, this would have approached 1K. Certainly, technology keeps getting better... but even if this lasts a year, you've more than covered what you REALLY use a gym membership for, right? This is like a 5-star, non-Ferrari vehicle. I'm still in shock over the quality and value you get for the price/cost.

Nice Home Treadmill

The treadmill arrived yesterday. It was well packed in a large box and protected by both foam and 1/4" plywood around the corners and other areas. The treadmill was in great condition. The challenge was moving that giant heavy box inside. It was very heavy... a two-man job with a heavy-duty hand truck. Not having two men or a hand truck available, I turned it on its side propping one end on a brick to raise it high enough to reach the lip of the door. After I got one end on the door lip, I was hoping to slide it in. But the lip started giving way under the weight. In the end I unpacked it on the porch. Once I cut the box and removed most of the packing materials, I was able to use the wheels on the treadmill to roll it out of the package and then roll it into the house for assembly. Assembly was relatively simple. I'm not good with small tools and tight spaces, so I struggled a bit getting the screws to sit properly. I just played with them until they fit and then they were easy to screw in. All the tools were provided, which was great. It took about 15 minutes to assemble. Tip: There are two sets of 2 screws that are different lengths, but almost identical length. At first, they look all the same. I had to remove a screw after installing the wrong one. 1. Once it was assembled it was easy to move around on the wheels. 2. I very much like the size. I thought it would be more obtrusive and was worried about the length of the belt being long enough for a long stride. Turns out it's not obtrusive at all. And the belt is just long enough to work, though it may not work for someone who is tall or has long legs. I was worried about the handle height as well because the pictures are deceiving in terms of the size and was concerned that the handles were not adjustable height, but it turned out perfect for me. 3. The sides on either side of the treadmill are just wide enough to step off the belt onto during use. They appear to be made of a strong aluminum type material. 4. The control panel is nice and big which I appreciate and works great for those with aging eyes. 5. I think the price point was good for what I received. 6. The incline is more than I thought it would be based on other reviews. I appreciate that it has a gentle 3% and 6% incline. It's very easy to change the incline. 7. I love the fact that it just lifts to fold and a push of the bar with your foot lowers it slowly and gently. This is a great addition compared to older treadmills without this feature. 8. It's pretty solid for a compact home treadmill. I took one star off for two reasons: 1. The product weight states the item is 20 pounds and 40 pounds in the box. As noted above it is very heavy. I'd estimated 120 pounds and 140 pounds in the box. I figured that would be the case as I couldn't imagine how a steel treadmill with a motor would be only 20 pounds. The product description needs to be updated. 2. While the operating is mostly quiet, I did hear some thump, thump, thump noise coming from the motor like some viewers reported on similar models. The more I increased the speed the more I heard it. I can live with that, but it's a bit concerning. I hope after some use it will resolve and not worsen. I will update this review after I've used it for a few workouts. Overall, I am impressed with it and glad I made the purchase.

Fits my needs perfectly.

I've actually had this treadmill for about a year now. I use it for walking, and slow jogging. Never had it any fast than 4 mph when on it, but I have cranked it up to full speed to see what it would do, and it runs smooth and pretty quiet. I do utilize the incline function quite a bit, and I'm glad I got one with auto incline. I really like this treadmill, it's a good size, folds up if need be, and has ran smoothly from the start. The handles are at a good height if you should choose to use them. (I'm 5' 8".) It's a very sturdy unit, and I'm glad I purchased it.

Three of my fingers became trapped while unboxing & Incline/ decline did not work on first day.

Was initially excited about this product. Item arrived brand new out of box. I had to relocate it to the rear of the property and set it up only to find out the Incline and Decline didnt work. Tried troubleshooting to no avail. I then notified the manufacturer and their customer service on the instruction manual via email & phone call and they have been no help and have since quit replying. They left me out to hang dry. So this is a 1_star review. I will also plan on returning to Amazon for a full refund. This is a major setback & inconvenience as i had to take time to assemble and carry this heavy equipment to the other side of the property. No good. **Update**. Amazon out of the kindness of their heart offered to send a replacement treadmill and to pick up the defected one. Buyer please beware!!! I literally felt i was about to lose my fingers while unboxing the exact replacement that Amazon sent me. Let me tell you what happened because i do not want you to experience the excruciating pain i just did. There is this hydraulic shock that is built underneath this treadmill. IF your fingers are anywhere near the front-end of the treadmill at any given time while lifting this treadmill out of the box or while liftinf it for any matter to get from one location to another, they will get trapped and pinched by the force of the hydraulic shock and frame!!!! This hydraulic shock and frame will automatically want to expand the moment you lift it. Please please please be careful!! This has to be a major manufacturer defect. There is no warning and luckily by the grace of God i had previously installed this exact model prior to the return so i was quite familiar with how to collapse the hydraulic shock (by kicking it and letting gravity do its thing). Had i not had this knowledge or experience my fingers woulda lost circulation by the time the Fire Dept came to help me. Ive attached video of this freak accident and the results of my fingers i got them out of the crease and pressure from the treadmill. They were trapped for about 3-4min before realizing what the problem was. Remember, all i was trying to do was unbox the product and prepare to carry it to the desired location prior to this accident. So in conclusion, the reason for 1-star review is the initial treadmill came new out of the box with a defected incline/ decline. The manufacturer was zero help. Amazon out of the kindness of their heart sent a replacement and while unboxing the replacement my fingers became severely pinched and trapped. Please dont get your fingers trapped! If they do, you have to kick the hydraulic shock and let it collapse the frame on it own to release the trapped fingers.

Exactly what I was looking for. Older female, early sixties, @ 155lbs. And living in SE Texas, it’s usually super hot during the day for walking. Was looking at a Nordic Track at Sam’s for I really wanted one that had an incline. That was my only big requirement. Husband talked me into shopping around, and I’m glad he did! Settled on this one, based on other reviews, have been using for six months now. Like how it doesn’t seem flimsy to me, very comfortable fast walking on this. Best investment ever made for better overall health. Love it!

Good but Lasted 6.5 months

I had this treadmill for 6 months and it worked great. I selected this model because the running board was slightly longer than others in the price range. My last treadmill was a Precor and it was giant so I knew I would have to make an adjustment to my walking style with a significantly smaller running board. Burning smell during use noted 6.5 months after purchase, immediately followed by motor dying. After requesting 3 calls from product support (no ticket created during first 2 calls) and several emails back and forth with seller in China that took 1 day between each response from them, the seller agreed to issue a refund to my PayPal, not the credit card I used to purchase the treadmill. I’m still waiting on the refund. I like the treadmill a lot and replaced it with the same model, now $25 cheaper. Hope it lasts longer than the last one. At least it died before the 1 year warranty was up! Lubricant bottle issued with the treadmill arrived punctured. I don’t understand how the bottle was punctured and yet the sealed bag containing the lubricant was intact. The treadmill was packed well and protected so idk how the lubricant could have been damaged. In any case, I’m not worried. What’s left of the lubricant will probably outlast the treadmill, lol.
