The camera seemed to work. Unfortunately, it would ABSOLUTELY NOT switch to Fahrenheit. I'm too old to learn Celsius conversion. Lol. Update: About a week after I returned the "faulty " unit, I received a direct response from the seller. They acknowledged that I'd already returned the item. Then, proceeded to dens me a replacement, gratis. I couldn't believe it. A few days later, (in a foot of Missouri snow) the replacement arrived. The seller's agent pointed out the correct procedure for conversion to F°. My dumb old butt wasn't wearing my glasses. Smh. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 👍🏽

Works good, I’m just having fun with it, good for homeowners use Updated: I had a frozen pipe at my rental property today and used this camera to see where it might be frozen. This saved me tns of time in diagnosing and solving the problem even down to seeing when the pipe heated up. 6 stars would recommend to any handy person to have in your kit!

Great quality for the price, very easy to use and has about 13gigs of usable storage for pictures and videos that you can offload by plugging into your pc. found it useful for tracing water lines for boilers and leak detection. still have some things i want to try but i posted some pics. even took a pic of my rc car after a short run. even found a water leak that was thought to be fixed. the only cons i would have to say is that the instructions are not great. This is a entry level product so the instructions are important to explain how the system runs and will prob get flack from people that dont know the basics. Recommend watching some how to videos on how these work to help prevent confusion. only charged it once and the battery life seems good but need more time with it. accuracy is as expected for this tool but it is consistent making it accurate to find leaks. This also doesn't come in a sealed box so double check to make sure you are not missing anything and it also doesn't come with any sort of storage but the packaging is good and i just transferred it to a Ridged pro tool box and it fits perfectly in 1/3 of the case

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this thermal cam just before Christmas and am very satisfied with my purchase. The camera was delivered very quickly and has been performing great right out of the box. I had been interested in buying a thermal camera for quite some time but was hesitant due to the price. The price point of this camera was well below the other cameras I found, and the performance is great. I have a radiant heating system in my home, and the camera was immediately able to pick up the hot water pipes in my house. It was even sensitive enough to capture my handprint on a wall after only placing it there for a few seconds. Battery seems to hold up well and has a fairly universal USB C charging input with cable provided. If you are looking for an affordable thermal camera for your household needs, this one has been a great fit for me.

This is the first IR camera I’ve purchased and so far, for the price and built quality, I’m impressed. Readings are accurate in my usage and quick. No complaints. I’m not an expert in IR products like this but for the price, no regrets and gladly recommend this. I’m using this at the moment to track mice in my walls and monitor plumbing and heating through walls. So far so good.
