I’m really bummed because I love that I can keep up with my girls while I’m away. I keep getting “error response code not acceptable 500” what tf does this mean? Money doesn’t grow on trees. Quality is okay overall I just want my device to work! Who do I contact!?

All in all, it's a sturdily built unit that works well to control the lights and fans. My only issue is that it can be controlled via a wifi app. Unfortunately, you need 2.4 gig wifi for it to work. The media could not be loaded. I like the full control of the light, fan and air duct with the filter system. Controls all of that on a time setting of your choice with options for setting different schedules per project. Not to mention full fan control as well. Forgot to mention that in the video.
