Yes, it has wifi so you can use your phone (the app is fantastic), but after having my old grow setup crash because internet went out... having everything stored and triggered without cloud depenance takes all the worry out of my day. This is a rock-solid, reliable system. No: "what if the power goes out?" What if the internet goes down or my wifi looses signal? The screen is big, clear and not clustered. You can view inner and outer temperature, program information, and current statistics. Not only this, but the phone app works great! You can check on all your stuff while you're away. If you absolutely don't want wifi at all: you can choose only Bluetooth, which is get. It dose a fantastic job of smoothing out the the highs and lows. Creates a very stable environment and dose get better after a few weeks of use. The AI chat bot is absolutely horrible! 0 stars for that. I love that you have the ability to target a vpd range. In my experience it keeps you right in the sweet spot.
