These heat wraps provide gentle, consistent heat to achy necks and shoulders. They stick fairly well, with the sticky parts at each end. But they don't stick well if you have put any lotion or embrocation on the area. You have to choose between either a heat wrap or Tiger Balm to help ease your pain. The heat they provide lasts a long time. The edges can be a bit stiff and uncomfortable at first, but soften up fairly quickly. I like these! A very useful 'go to' remedy for occasional aches and pains.

I have purchased this same package many times. The product works well for me with occasional problems regarding heating/warming. This time however be aware they have sent different packaging. Instead of the one back wrap and eight neck wraps, I received only five neck wraps. I will not purchase again in future since the value is no longer there. I ordered two so I am out two back wraps and six neck wraps.
