Same small size/footprint as my old one in the $250 range that maxed at 150 degrees, but this gives 170 degrees plus red light. Difference in max temperature, at least for me, cuts in half the time needed to get a strong response to heat (profuse sweating and increased heart rate). Light and compact, so easy to slide around room, in my case, from corner to in front of big screen TV. Watching something interesting on TV extends my time in sauna, distracting me towards the end of a sauna session when heat is becoming stressful. I liked my old one but this one is a clear improvement.

I have been advised to use an infrared sauna for detoxing. The spas I looked into that had them were expensive and it would be inconvenient to have to go somewhere whenever I wanted to use the sauna. This one was recommended to me, but I thought it was too expensive. I ordered a cheaper one and sent it back. You get what you pay for here. I am very impressed with the quality and attention to detail of this sauna. I've never been a fan of saunas, but after using this once, I'm sold on it. So convenient to have right at home. I live in a small apartment and didn't know if I had room for this, but it fit nicely in a corner of my office.

I love this!!! Use it before a cold plunge in the morning before a workout. Big enough for me to sit inside with top covered at 170. Reaches top temperature around 20 minutes. I couldn’t recommend more. My skin is softer from all the sweating and infrared.

I've had my Therasage Thera360 Plus for almost a year. I use it daily for 40 minute sessions. My wife and kids also use it a few times a week. It is a good size sauna. I am 6'1" and there is plenty of room for me. I got this sauna since it had full spectrum infrared, which is difficult to find in a portable sauna. I love how hot it gets (up to 170 degrees), which is hotter than other units I've seen. I am always drenched by the end of my sessions. I also like the removable neck collar and that it comes with a spare one, so you can wash them. Also, this sauna is made of materials that don't seem to off-gas toxic plastic fumes like other cheaper saunas, a really big plus in my opinion. Our bamboo seat became unstable within the first month of use. I added wood supports to stabilize it, but I've heard other people just use a different chair altogether. Since I repaired our seat, I haven't had any other problems with it. Unfortunately, the heating functionality stopped working recently. I had some trouble reaching the manufacturer. They did not return my calls or respond to in the chat feature they have on their website. I emailed them instead and was able to get a response that way. They are sending me a new power supply free of charge, which should resolve the issue. It may be worth getting the extended warranty since there is only a 1-year manufacturer warranty and I had my issue about 10 months in. Update: I received the replacement power supply and it did, indeed, fix the problem.

I love using this, heats up fast. The chair that comes with it is uncomfortable so I purchased another chair for use. I do unplug it when not in use, do to humming noise. I believe it was worth the price after researching my different options on the market. I saw a you tube video on this sauna and that convinced me to purchase this one. I would recommend this sauna over other portable ones always.

Stopped working mid session today. Red lights still functioning, heating element just stopped! Has not been abused nor moved since it was asseembled

It's been wonderful. But after a year it's started to make humming noises, and seems unsafe. We're attempting to work with the seller. But Amazon sent a.mysterios email saying that they have left the Amazon system. So, why is it still available for purchase? More to come... :)

We bought this sauna to replace one that my wife bought advertised during a medical conference as "Far Infrared Sauna" that appeared to be a forced hot air sauna. Then we bought this one, and it is indeed an infrared sauna. Heats the body well, but does not burn. She is CFMP and values it high, uses almost every evening to relax and detox.
