I just got this today. Put it in the freezer immediately. After a syncopal ( fainted on concrete, and wrenched my neck and back ) event last week. So, I wanted an extra large size to be able to do neck and back or drape over my shoulder. The things I LOVE about this size is I can use in multiple areas, and this doesn’t sweat moisture as it is on, zero moisture which is great, because every other ice pack will sweat making for wet clothes or wherever you lay against, which is a huge factor for me. It holds the cold for quite a long time. I had used it, and had to run and errand, forgot to put it back in the freezer again. When I came home, I noticed this and it was still very cold, the time lapse was over an hour, so I am super impressed. If you need an ice pack, this one is by far and away, the best ever. It is comfortable and soft, which is another feature, it conforms to the body nicely. Highest quality at an affordable price, you will love it. It has a plastic sleeve that you can put it in, just fold in half and store in freezer until needed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These cold backs are a game changer. My wife had purchased the cold pack that goes over your head due to migraines and I was impressed with the quality and just how cold they actually get. They aren't like the gel filled packs that I have used before that are rigid when they come out of the freezer and eventually start leaking the gel. I recently had knee surgery and the hospital did not give me anything to ice, yet told me I had to ice as often as I could. I ordered two of these large TheraICE packs. They are colder than ice when they first come out of the freezer so just be ready. But they come out completely pliable. I was able to take it out of the freezer and wrap it all the way around my knee with no problem. They are soft and very comfortable.

This pack was awesome for IVF shots, it numbs the area and makes the shots painless. Just freeze it and put it where you need it, but it can get super cold, so use a towel or paper towel so you don't get burned.

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE THIS! 🩷 It’s sooooo soft, and squishy! My sensory seeking 8 year old loves it too. It comes out of the freezer with the ability to mold to your body. We are using it to help with calming down after emotional meltdowns and dis-regulation. It’s heavy, which is a plus for us. I can’t get over how it stays like jelly. I would certainly buy this again! No more touch plastic! 🩷 HIGH QUALITY. Not like other ice packs! It’s better!

The fact that you get two gel pads is a bonus. 6x10 is a great size for so many applications. Headaches, aches & pains, swelling, or to stay cool. I use these for migraine relief. I have many types of similar gel pads and this one stays cold a little longer than others I have. I've been using them daily for a few weeks now and knew they were staying cold quite a while. Nothing will stay cold forever, but I tested one over my forehead, in a room where my wood stove was going (80 degrees) and I got about 30 minutes of coldness on the skin, then about another 20+ minutes of coolness before it started to warm up with my body temp and the room temp. I always keep mine in the freezer, and they stay pliable and are never stiff. These come in different styles, but I wish they had wrist cuffs too. HINT, HINT. I have another brand that are wrist cuffs, and they are so nice for cooling down after a workout, etc. I've already bought another set because I'm so impressed!
