Then simply select one of three speeds by the same key button. It’s so techno future and a bit heavy. When you turn it on BE READY for take off. This ain’t for the faint hearted. It is unbelievably fast and powerful. Sounds fine. It deeply penetrates your muscles about as deep as i think its safe to go. I just got done with a 15 minutes session and my body doesn’t know what hit it! It’s perfect for easy to get to areas. A little difficult to get on your back but you can-and you can have your family member do it. I recommend also having the pure Wave wand to use afterwards as it’s so soothing and can get those tougher areas because it’s a wand. It has many great heads for specific muscles and wants. This Theragun is amazing. Be careful so you use it smoothly and not let it go bop bop crazy as it’s powerful ! Buy it and enjoy. I’m a retired marine and teacher. I have daily tension headaches, both shoulder rotator cuffs :my right is shredded and the left has a complete tear. Then just the normal aches and pains. This is heaven sent from God to help and eliminate any pain pills . Buy it and enjoy. Worth every penny as super high quality!

We were familiar with an earlier version of the Mini because our daughter-in-law had loaned her’s to us. The Gen-3 Mini we just bought is somewhat smaller and easier to handle. Also, it comes with 3 different attachable massage “balls.” My wife really likes the larger, soft massage “ball.”

So much smaller and still has the oomph to be a Theragun. Have been very impressed with this and the USB charging means that it is easy to find a charger which is huge. I didn’t need another specialty charger like my prior brand. Easy to use and light to hold, which is impressive given its power.

I bought this after purchasing a cheaper one and being terribly disappointed. I’m so much happier with this one - it’s lightweight, powerful, the attachments are well thought out. Best of all - after about 15 minutes the stubborn knot in my neck that’s been causing a tension headache for the last week has finally relaxed. For the first time in over a week my neck actually doesn’t hurt. It’s not overly loud, the vibration is contained for its power, it doesn’t get hot, and it’s extremely easy to use. We own a full size muscle gun, and it’s amazing - but just too heavy and cumbersome to use by yourself. This is perfection for on- your-own personal use. I’m elated.
