This is an incredibly good electric scooter. I got it for my son—he’s 12 years old—and it’s perfect; in fact, I use it myself, too. It is very easy to handle, features multiple speed levels, and its brake is *super* effective—so you have to be careful when braking to avoid falling. It is a very sturdy scooter that is also practical to transport; it folds in half, making it easier to carry. It also features a light for use at night, as well as a bell.

My son was very excited to open this for Christmas. I had read the reviews and it seemed great, but I sent it back after less than a day. The from wheel and the handlebars are not connected and there’s no way to tighten them. Just driving down the sidewalk for a few feet was enough to knock the wheel completely out of alignment with the handlebars if you’re looking for a perfect way for your child to hit a small bump, knock the front wheel askew, and turn them into a wall or the road. I know that sounds dramatic, but who in their right mind would let their child use car, a bike, a unicycle, a scooter, anything where the wheel is loose and misaligned with the steering? I went back and asked the ai and it told me that several people had mentioned the wheel was not connected properly and misaligned easily. I’m not playing games or taking such an unnecessary risk with my son’s safety. I am flabbergasted that such a product could even leave the factory. By design, the shaft releases and folds back, but that only makes it more clear how there’s no connection between the handlebars and the wheel, no way to ensure that turning the handlebars to the left will actually make the wheel turn left or keep it from becoming misaligned easily. Additionally, the booklet that comes with it was so poorly translated and formatted, it doesn’t make a lot of sense. I had several questions, just about getting started that aren’t covered at all. The app it wants you to download is garbage. It has 2 stars and it’s literally half in Chinese characters. Also, how monumental ridiculous that you need an app on your phone to use your scooter properly? A scooter meant for a child, who doesn’t have his own phone because he’s in freaking 3rd grade? I’m pretty sure I was talking to an Amazon bot, but it was refreshing how easily it let me return it. I just put it back in the box and dropped it at a UPS store. Of course, it couldn’t answer any questions, just apologized and kept asking me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. Anywho, if you have this and it’s not a death trap for your child, that’s awesome and I’m happy for you, but like I said, I am dumbfounded that such a product is even available for sale.

This is probably the best “big toy” I’ve gotten myself this year—and maybe for the next couple of years. 1 mintue to assemble. The scooter totally exceeded my expectations. It looks great, rides super smooth, and is just pure fun. With my knee injury, I’ve been able to enjoy every single ride. Three drive modes (E, D and S for higher speed), which makes it really versatile. With E or D, there are speed limits so even my son can ride it safely. There’s also a cruise control option that keeps the speed steady after holding the throttle for a bit. Personally, I turn that off for safety, but it’s nice to have the choice. The brakes feel solid and responsive, and the brake light adds extra visibility. Both front and rear suspension make bumps way less noticeable. And —it’s super quiet. On top of that, the app gives me even more features. I can customize things. I can switch from kilometers to miles here. It’s an amazing scooter and easily my favorite purchase this year! I wish I could put it in a capsule and carry it with me everywhere.

I got this electric scooter for my son’s birthday, and it has been a huge hit. He was excited the moment he opened it, and it’s quickly become one of his favorite gifts. As a parent, I love it just as much because it feels sturdy, easy to use, and has features that allow him to grow into it. One of our favorite things is the different speed settings. We were able to start with the slower mode while he got comfortable riding, and then gradually try the faster settings as his confidence improved. The highest speed setting is surprisingly quick and makes it exciting for older kids and even adults to ride. The scooter has a smooth ride, responsive brakes, and the digital display is a nice touch. The foldable design also makes it easy to transport and store when not in use. The battery life has been great for our needs, allowing for plenty of riding time before needing a recharge. Overall, this scooter has exceeded our expectations. It’s fun, easy to operate, and offers multiple speed options that make it enjoyable for different skill levels. Seeing how much my son enjoys it has made this purchase completely worth it.

I rarely write reviews, but felt as if I needed to for this product. For the most part, I agree with what everyone else said already about this scooter (except for the one about it being a “death trap,” she must have got a lemon). It is very sturdy, quiet, good battery life etc. all that has been our experience too. My kids come home from school every day and immediately jump on their scooters, they love them. The only complaint I have and why I didn’t give 5 stars is with the handlebar assembly. The factory made threads for the handlebars (where you screw the screws into handlebars when assemble) are aluminum, which means with all the vibration the screws come loose very easily and eventually, the threads can strip very easily. Keep a close watch for that, because if the handlebar comes loose, than yes, you will have a safety problem if the handle bar comes off while they are riding. The fix for this is easy. All you have to do is buy a thread assembly kit and some Loctite and problem is solved. I didn’t see any one else mention this issue and that’s why I felt the need to mention it, I would be shocked if I am the only one who had this problem because aluminum threads are going to eventually wear out and screws will eventually fall out. I was tightening screws after every time they rode them and eventually they started stripping and one screw fell out and was lost, thats when I decided to buy the kit and repair threads. Other than that, kids love this scooter and I am happy with overall performance

My 9 year old loves this! It goes fast but not too fast, brakes easily. A full charge gets long use out of it before it dies. Love that it folds for storage also. Great value for the price! No problems with ours

We haven’t used all that much yet but my one complaint is that it’s pretty heavy. My son is unable to lift up our stairs to put away. Otherwise it’s holds really well, handles very well, does have some power behind it and battery life is pretty impressive thus far.
