I changed my rating from 5 to 4 star. I don't use it daily but when I feel the need to relief pain I could be using it more than 1 hr. It has shut off completely and will not turn back on. Not sure if it's meant to do this. I have requested to return it and would like a new one. I was excited and really want to get one for my mom. I used it for 1 hr. I felt the heat real quick. There are 3 different settings. I suggest to put on low until you get comfortable, adjust your body till you can relax. My neck and back are my problem areas and I was soar the next day, which is normal for me with all massages. It’s not too loud. It'll run for 15 min then you'll have to power back on. Highly recommend. Going to buy for my mom for Christmas.

My original experience was disappointing because I was provided a product that was clearly used and repackaged, with a "new" price. I am amending my previous review because the seller made it right by providing a new, unopened product and refunded my purchase due to the error. The massage itself is great! I use it for parts of my back, shoulders, hamstrings, and calves. I'm recovering from a surgery and physical therapy can be strenuous. With this product, I am provided with relief I need between appointments. The heating and rotation options are exactly what I need and the product itself can handle the weight of my legs. I've found that many massage products can't handle resistance or weight, so they cannot provide a dual purpose beyond back, neck, or arms. Whereas, this product does exactly what I need and gets different angles I need so I can recover faster. This review is pretty dry (LOL), but I hope it helps.

Love the intensity of the massager and different modes the heat it's OK it would be nice if it was hotter but there's only 2 heat modes high and low. It's a bit difficult to find the right position to sit in which could be a bit frustrating but my biggest con is the timer shuts off 15min would've been nice to have an option for how long you could set the timer. I would recommend it if you are looking for something reasonable price and temporary. If the timer and heat wouldn't have been an issue I would have given it 5 stars.

This quickly became my favorite thing ever when I used it at my desk. You can place it anywhere along your back and the remote is great so you don't have to twist awkwardly to make changes. I would have put 100 stars but started to fade in intensity and then just stopped. The heat was working but nothing else. I put it aside to try again in the morning thinking maybe the combo of heat and massage was too much. I absolutely would have exchanged it instead of a return but I had to leave for over a month the next day (I wanted to use it on my car trip!!!!!) and I didn't want to risk a faulty product. I can update if I try another one in a month or two! UPDATE: they got back to me immediately to make sure I was taken care of - which was awesome and I got a different version next because the one I had was out of stock. I prefer the one that has a strap to secure to the back of a chair, side pocket, front flap, and longer back - if it comes back in stock, be sure to get that version if it comes back in stock!!! In the meantime, the new one still works (hooray) and the nice thing about the smaller version is you can prop up your leg and get your hamstrings or calves.

As someone who carries all my stress and tension in my shoulders and back, that familiar knotted agony had become my normal state. But that was before I brought home this back massaging brawler! Just one round with this punchy percussion therapist and I'm loose as a limp noodle. With its intense 3D kneading nodes, this massager goes to town attacking every tight spot like a prize fighter in the ring. I swear I can hear a knockout bell as those fists of fury pummel the pain away. No knot is too formidable for this mighty muscle mauler! In the end, my back emerges from the massage beatdown feeling like goo - totally submitted! Don't be surprised if you end up taking an accidental nap after a bout with this heavy hitter. Night night! So if chronic tightness has you on the ropes, cut it loose with this pull-no-punches massager. Consider that big baddie stress totally TKO'd by this bad boy. Just remember to tap out when you can't take the punishing pummels any more!

Addendum.... I should add that shortly after I wrote my, what was a 2 star, review, the company reached out to offer an apology and a full refund. I gladly accepted and was happy that no hoop jumping was required on my part. Origional Review: I've used this massager less than 10 times over 33 days before it started to make random a horrible clicking/grinding noise. The only way to get it to stop is to shift to a different position that is either less comfortable or greatly reduces the pressure and effectiveness of the massage. I'd like to return this piece of junk for a refund but I think I'm 3 days too late, which is a crock. I should have actually returned it right away because there were too many things I didn't like about the design.... the cord to the controller is too short (another 12" or a remote control would be much better), the pad's shape and the configuration of the massaging balls just can't provide a good massage of the neck/ upper trapezius region unless you jack your posture into a very wrong position, it's not powerful enough to deliver a decent massage to the mid-back or lumbar region without straining the machine, the massaging balls gets too hot after about 20 min of use, and it unplugs itself too easily if you shift, which is unavoidable. In short; investing some time arranging pillows and folded towels on/under/around this massager to find a comfortable & effective configuration between body and massager, can lead to an OK massage. But it's not engineered to provide more than "a fluff and buff" massage without straining it to an excessively early demise. It might be okay for an excessively petite person or just one's extremities. Average to above average body size types who are looking to relax and have their neck or back massaged should keep scrolling.
